Not able to add a uk address for delivery
I looked through the website ProductShop.co.uk, selected my products and proceeded to checkout…..then it all just went downhill….Started to fill out my address details but no selection for the uk. 🤔. Tried to go to the customer support but they only supply pre-set options and delivery address issues are not one of them! I have spent about an hour trying to fill in their forms but just sends you round in circles. Double checked I’m on the uk site….price is in UK £. Just can’t provide a delivery address so they have lost my purchase.
I have received a response to this review saying you will contact me however, as I cannot enter my details onto your website and as your company has no details or email information on how to contact them any further correspondence is going to be very difficult. Not a good way to run a business.
By the way, I have tried again this morning to place an order on both my iPad and on my laptop….site still not accepting uk addresses.

So I wrote a review here about not having any tracking code and any follow up about my order. To which the shop promised to get back to me “shortly” to fix the issue. They wrote it 5 days ago and no one has gotten in contact with me until today. Still no tracking code, no estimated delivery time nor a follow up about my order. :)

they don't ship to the UK even though it's a UK site
I don't understand, they are ".co.uk" yet when I try to order they say they do not ship to the united kingdom?! And the UK is not listed as a country the item can be shipped to. So odd and such a waste of my time. If you are not able to ship to the uk create the site in a different domain or something. I saw someone else with the same problem so it's not just me. Fake advertising I'd call it.

Impossible to contact Produce Shop
I ordered 2 sets of chairs for Denmark. One set has arrived. The other 4 chairs sre somewhere floating around in Italy. But worst of all it is impossible to contact Produce shop for information On their web page formulars for order and payment work but the rest of their (complaint) forms the web system will just not receive. I will try to have my bank hold back payment for the missing chairs
