I ordered a cheap sofa
I ordered a cheap sofa, it took almost a month for it to arrive to finland. It came by ship. The package was little bit broken but sofa was ok. The sofa itself won't be much in use, my bottom will probably hurt in a few hours and likely it will break in the near future. No way to contact them so that's a big NO. I would sent it back if i was not so lazy. Cheap couch= cheap comfort/durability. So in that case kinda my own problem for buying such cheap furniture.

I received the demage product cause by…
I received the demage product cause by transportation, the given instructions to report this it doesn't work, contact form doesn't work! there's no possibility to contact customer support, no phone number no email address, and I had one more order incoming, hope will not be demage. I expect Produceshop will provide me an email address in the response message so I can report the delivery demage within 5 days as is stated in the policy.

ProduceShop worked fine but the excellent chair had quality problems
ProduceShop worked initially fine: Fast and correct delivery. However, the ordered Balance Lux work chair itself had significant quality problems: The first 2 weeks went fine but then the foamed plastics began to collapse and in 5 weeks the paddings were totally flat. But as I liked the metal body itself very much, I took the chair to upholstery workshop and rebuilt the paddings. Once took into the parts, the interior (= the original foamed plastics) appeared to be of extremely poor quality. After rebuilding the chair (using the original fabrics), it is very good and of excellent geometry. Bad thing was that after all these operations the final price was multiplied by 2,5 x. The factory surely should have invested a few coins more for decent quality materials (I didn’t even bother to complain as the replacement would have had as short life cycle anyway). So don’t order if you expect this to last without renovations. But the body geometry itself is extraordinary so go ahead if you haven’t found other satisfactory products of this type.
