My order got cancelled by PG after two months.
PG did not withdraw the money.
The level of information during the process was unsatisfactory.
PG do not seem to respond to your email, only to Trustpilot reviews.
I was initailly informed that the ordered item was underway within two weeks by ship. Later on it was underway by ship from their supplier in Asia.
Nevertheless, the ordered item did not seem to be in stock at PG
and never within reach of being so.
Apparently PG has not removed the item from their product list.

Once again apologies for the delay. I am sorry that this adapter has still not arrived. We have been in contact with you and On September 25th we told you the following:
"Thank you for your order. Unfortunately we're currently out of stock with this item but will be placing a order from the suppliers which are based in Asia and we get everything shipped through a container ship which are next one is due mid-October/ late october. Will update you through email once I hear back."
Owing to the extended delay which we have communicated with you we have not charged your credit card for this order.
Our delivery estimates are based on information we are given by our suppliers. As such I am very sorry for your wait and our inability to supply you with an accurate delivery date.
In light of your comments "Spend your money and time elsewhere" and "With PG you know what you get, but never when." I can see you are getting understandably increasingly frustrated.
Sadly I feel that as we cannot reliably offer you a delivery date it is best that we remove this product from our website and cancel your order. Apologies once again.

We have every right to reply on trustpilot especially when your continuously edited review contains information that is inflammatory.

I have purchased a few items from Productiongear over the years and always found them to be friendly and efficient to deal with, especially when there's a waiting/delivery time with certain products and unlike some companies don't take payment until the goods are in stock and on route to you.

Tenba bag, great service
I sought out this company as they were one of the few main Tenba bags dealerships. I enquired about a newly designed bag that I wanted, but was yet to be released (at the time, July 17) the Tenba Roadie Air Case Roller 21. These guys couldn't be more helpful, sourcing me one of the very first cases to reach the UK from the distributor , and price matched the best offer from their competitors. Communications were great, letting me know when the case would be released in the uk, when they could get it dispatched to me, etc. They've got a real 'can do' helpful attitude.
This was the first time I've used them, and it certainly won't be the last time I use them. Thoroughly recommended retailer.

Always good buying from Production Gear. Although this purchase took some weeks to complete nothing to do with Production Gear as they had to wait patiently from the UK supplier Holdan who had to wait for MovCam to deliver the products to the UK, and MovCam kept shifting the date another week and another week so a bit frustrating, but all good in the end
