Great experience buying from Production Gear. One item in my order was out of stock but was kindly upgraded for free by Darren to a more expensive option that was in stock.
Delivery to The Netherlands was only two working days.
Overall superb experience i'd say!

Great prices, speedy delivery, fantastic customer service and support.
I ordered the vinten vision blue head - wonderful fluid head with an amazing perfect balance feature, also ordered Miller solo CF 3 stage legs - solid legs, great combo with the vinten head. Compact and lightweight, perfect for travel.
Excellent service and customer support. Would highly recommend purchasing from Productiongear.

Awful communications
Awful communications. Never call them 10 mins before closing time, they're not interested.
These guys have no idea about customer service and the few times I've been forced to deal with them, the web site never says you will probably have to wait a couple of weeks to complete your order.
AVOID if you can, but sometimes they are the only ones who seem to be able or willing to supply an item, even if you have to wait ages.
