The crew you can trust

Great to have a company will a fantastic level of expertise in the selling of video gear. Simon is a qualified drone pilot as well as a shooter himself. Steve worked with Optex developing lenses. Sam has filmed award winning short films and weddings. Bradley is a great salesman with a great sense of humour.
Chris is a shooter as well and has a degree in cinematography. As you can see Production Gear are NOT box pushers by any stretch of the imagination, a great team to deal with.

A friendly bunch to do business with

I have been a customer of production gear for many years, a great company if you need to pop in to get that small bracket that you need, or that expensive lens mount that has to specially ordered for you, not to mention the numerous cameras I have bought there. In these days of internet shopping it makes a big difference to me that you can pop in and have a conversation with friendly faces, really love their new location too a great place to see the products first hand. I recall, going into their old office in Elstree, and I saw for the first time a drone (really early days) it was casually just sitting there, I asked whats that? I bought it on the spot.

Unrivaled service, expert advice

Simon & his team at Production Gear Ltd are invaluable to my business as they are experts in the field. The field itself is fast changing, and their job is to keep up. They do this very well, and for this reason, I'm very grateful

The 'good guys' of the video kit selling world.

Been dealing with the folk at Productiongear for a while now. They're not a load of box-shifters but knowledgable and always willing to offer decent, impartial advice and their prices are always competitive.

If you want to have support pre and post sales, go to Productiongear. They'll look after you nicely.

The showroom is great too - plenty of space to try out new products and have a cup of tea.

Nothing in stock

I don't know what kind of webshop this is, as they don't seemed to have anything in stock.
I ordered at video battery, and 4 months later, they still don't know when is will be in stock.
Then I asked for a charger to the battery - sorry not in stock, we have to take it home from USA
The only positive is, they did not draw any money, for the video battery.

They just don't care!

Very cheap prices for Carl Zeiss Lenses...if only they had them in stock!.
I have been waiting about 10 days for somebody to tell me how long it would take for them to order new stock.
Every time I called (4 times) I got the same answer " I call you back later today to update you with your order". No one never did it.
As a person who relies on these kind of equipments to make a living is very frustrating to deal with ProductionGear. They cannot be bother!!!
