I placed my order on July 7 but only finally got it today, July 15, so it's unfortunately not as smooth as the 1-2 day delivery promised. Customer support responds fast but takes no accountability.
When my order was shipped, I didnt receive any notification. I contacted support to ask about my order since it's been a week without hearing anything, and in 2 days they responded that they got in touch with the courier for investigation. The next day they sent me the track & trace link and that my package was sent to a random address in my street (not even the houses beside me). The unit# they shared didnt even exist so I had to check with several houses with the number. This is not ideal for electronics I paid €180 for. There was no explanation why and on the shipment link I could even see that ProductPine sent the wrong address to the courier which was different from the address I put on my order.
When I finally got the product, it was at least satisfactory and accurate from the listing description.
Overall, I unfortunately will not buy from here again because although they sell products that are a bit cheaper than brand new products, I would rather pay to receive products in my address without hassle especially for electronics that are not cheap!

Used Productpine for their refurbished options. I got my package delivered within 15 hours of placing my order. When I got the Package I tested out the product and realised it was defect. I had sent them and email asking for a solution. They told the seller to contact me which after 4-5 days they still didn't. I then sent another email to Productpine explaining the situation and I got ordered a full refund if I would sent the defect product back.

Information regarding your ecological investment, timely informations regarding delivery status, polite and correct.
Would have given 5 stars if they were able to deliver the product, but nobody's perfect :)

Update to my experience — extremely poor handling and no support on warranty
Thank you for your response, but it does not address the full situation.
After my initial order was canceled due to the so-called “pricing error,” I actually chose to purchase the same soundbar again at the higher price, despite the inconvenience. This shows I was still willing to give Productpine a chance and pay the correct amount.
However, when I received the soundbar, it arrived damaged. I immediately contacted your support team to request a return or a warranty claim. At first, I received some replies, but now I am being completely ignored.
What is even more unacceptable is that you are refusing to accept the warranty claim, even though the product clearly arrived defective. Instead of offering a proper solution, Productpine has chosen to stop responding altogether.
I have not reported this new situation (after purchasing the soundbar) to ConsuWijzer yet, but I am strongly considering doing so if I do not receive a proper resolution soon.
This shows a serious lack of responsibility and customer care. Not only did you cancel my original confirmed order and relist at a higher price, but after I still decided to support you as a customer, you failed to honor the most basic guarantee: support when something goes wrong.
I strongly advise future customers to be extremely cautious when dealing with Productpine. Once they have your money, you may not receive any help if your product arrives damaged or has problems — even if it should be covered under warranty. After a lot of back and forth I was finally refunded .
