Beautiful product, just as described and excellent value for money. Customer Service were very helpful, prompt and professional with respect to delivery instructions.

I contacted pib Paris to ask what product I should use on my leather arm chairs.
Their after sales support was fantastic and told me what products I should buy. Unfortunately, the products are only available in the EU. However, they agreed to order the products which arrived yesterday.
I am extremely grateful for all their excellent help and support.

Our sideboard arrived just before Christmas in great condition. However, it was missing the sliding door (accidents happen). We talked to Maria in customer service, who sorted out the problem immediately, and our door was delivered very soon after. Maria was fantastic, very helpful, courteous, and expedient. We are very happy with our pib furniture, and could recommend.

A very good experience. Deliveries are monitored well and you receive up to date information on when your purchase will arrive. They respond very quickly and efficiently to inquiries and questions regarding the delivery.

From initial contact, to ordering, right up to the date of delivery, communication from Maria at Maison en Vougue was amazing. I was kept fully informed throughout the process as I only had a short window to be in Spain for delivery. I can't praise Maria highly enough. I bought a pair of Red Baron leather armchairs from pib Paris.
Each of the boxes were extremely well packed and protected, and the quality of the chairs is exceptional.
Great communication from pib who kept me up to date on each stage of the delivery.

We bought two sofas from pib Paris and we are thrilled with them. The service we received was excellent and when the sofas arrived they were stylish and excellent quality.

Another shipment of beautiful,well made and iconic furniture from this company. Correspondence,shipping coordination and regular updates,spot on. My only slight niggle was that I had no response to my enquiries regarding confirmation of the actual product colour prior to ordering...but as it happens the colour is great!

My review just concerns the delivery only. pib uses Schenker DB as carrier. The employee who delivered the sofa was very agressive and unfriendly.

Also, he refused to deliver the sofa to my apartment, instead insisted to leave it on the street in front of the house. This is as defined somewhere hidden on pib-home.de, but it couldn't be less customer friendly.

The product will hopefully be good if it ever arrives.

The problem is that PIB use DB Schenker to deliver their orders, who are as useless as a chocolate teapot. Check out their reviews on Trustpilot, if you are wondering.

DB Schenker have lost the item that I ordered. Its not like the item was particularly small, a 2m long sideboard is hard to miss, at least for most people. But not for the educated chimps who work for DB Schenker it seems!

So I don't know and might never know whether the item is any good. PIB have offered a replacement that will be delivered by DB Schenker. However, I fear that I will be contacting my credit card company (as PIB don't use PayPal) to plead for a refund when that is most probably lost too.

The quality of the furniture, and the delivery are very good. BUT be careful because the photos on the website and the description can be very misleading and they may differ dramatically from the actual product. I ordered a TV unit which in the photos looks like it's made from light oak wood, as well as stated so in the description. However, in reality it turns out to be completely different colour.
