Tim at pro espresso did everything to get my Machine to me when agreed, he’s responsiveness is second to none and he made the whole customer experience was great the whole procedure ran seamlessly.

Very helpful and responsive - great service and great products

I was recommended to Rocket having had a MCS Minima but disliked the service from the company I bought it from. I can't remember how I found Pro Espresso but I'm very glad I did - probably it was from the same recommendation.... anyway.... All email questions answered immediately by their director Tim, starting out on a Sunday! We roast our own coffee, so quality is paramount. He recommended one of their grinder/espresso machine packages, which is proving to be wonderful. A really big step up from the ACS Minima and Sage Pro grinder in terms of quality of build and coffee.
Another big plus point is their engineers coming to service and repair on site rather than having to send the machine in. Our ACS was smashed by DHL when we were told to send it for repair - but that's another story.

The company kept in touch throughout the process advising me of progress.
Part of my order hadn’t arrived, and when I contacted them, they were very apologetic and said were waiting on the delivery from Italy but I should have been informed. Fortunately it was only an extra that I had ordered and hadn’t affected my use of the machine. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Love coffee but I’m no Barista. Worked my way up to a sage, was never anything special. A friend told me about Rocket. Did feel a big step up, was nervous.
Wish I had discovered Rocket earlier. They are the most amazing machines ever. These are heavy duty yet perfect for the home,compact and powerful. My coffee had never tasted so good. They are like professional machines but for small places. My kitchen is small!
I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase one. You will be amazed. My barista skills have got so much better.

Pro Espresso is very good company as far as coffee machine concerned I bought Rocket Apartamento of them and I am very happy with the purchase all arrived in brilliant condition had on specifics day delivery so asked Tim if possible and wasn’t a problem at all all sorted very well where start using machine had some leaking contact them and and straight away reply with knowledgable advice to check water container that’s was it so very good experience and recommend anyone who wants to buy proper coffee machine Rocket is amazing machine like ProEspresso who selling it Thank you guys Jarek P

I have just purchased a Rocket Appatamento and Gionnino grinder from Pro Espresso. I had been looking at the machines for a long time and settled on this one. I contacted Tim for advise before purchasing and asked what he felt set them apart from other companies supplying the machine. He told me that Pro Espressos customer service and delivery were of a very high standard and he certainly kept his promise. Communications were excellent and the machine was delivered on the agreed date by two people to ensure a safe undamaged delivery of my new pride and joy. The machine looks fantastic and the coffee tastes great too!! My Latte art will not be troubling instagram for a while but if I close my eyes I can at least pretend that I know what I am doing.

Great experience, I ordered a specific model, which was not in stock, so I had to wait for it to be custom made. I was regularly updated about it, in the mean time i purchased some accessories. Tim was very helpful in explaining the different choices. The machine was promptly delivered in a superb packaging. I had some unsuccessful attempts with too coarse coffee, which was rectified following Tim’s advice. Overall, the Appartamento is a pleasure to look at, easy to use and a real treat once you get the grind settings right. It brings the Italian cafe vibes home and brightens the recent dark, gloomy, rainy weekends and somehow makes the world a better place. I love it! It’s worth every penny and I strongly recommend it, without hesitation.

When I ordered my new shiny grinder it was showing in stock. But it turned out that the last one had actually gone to a professional cyclist (I can forgive that seeing as I am actually a fan 😉). It took around two weeks for a new one to arrive from Milan but I’m very happy with the service. Communication was excellent, I actually had a call from Tim straight away to explain the situation. Only knocked one star off because of the delay. I will have no issues in ordering from Pro Espresso in the future. Grazie mille 🙏🏼
