A Game Changer
I thought my La pavoni was special but the Rocket Apartmento TCA has taken my coffee journey to another level, if that wasn’t enough Tim kept me in touch all the way through and he also sent me some Free coffee beans.

Excellent service from Tim at Pro Espresso, who was very informative regarding the choice of machine we will be using in our new showroom. Tim was responsive to our enquiries and kept us up to date with the two-man delivery service, which was also excellent.
Our machine came well packaged, and upon opening was even better than we hoped for.
We are very pleased with our purchase, and the overall service offering from Pro-Espresso.
Highly recommended!

Exemplary Customer Service
Tim and Pro Espresso have been exemplary throughout - an easy to navigate website, and clear, instant replies to any queries, and fantastic product (coffee machine made to order in Italy). I was concerned the machine would not arrive in time for my husband’s birthday but Tim ensured everything was here the week before. Above and beyond what I would expect and we have already ordered some accessories from you, for our new coffee machine. Thank you so much.

Happy with service received
Happy with service received. Good communication on delivery status and when it changed due to customs delays. All communication was in the evenings so delay may have been reduced if delt with during core hours. But only talking a few days at best might have been saved. Delivered in great condition and by white glove service.

We purchased the Appartamento espresso machine almost two months ago and it has been excellent - the coffee has a lovely rich taste, the machine is uncomplicated and classy. Finally, Tim has been very helpful - I would highly recommend Pro Espresso.
