Great service from start to finish. Tim was a fantastic help with great advice and the delivery was spot on and arrived on time. The Rocket is sitting pride and place in our kitchen, wish we had bought one years ago.

Bought a Rocket Espresso machine. From answering my numerous questions through to delivery the whole process was seamless, professional and first class. Would highly recommend.

I ordered some parts for my Rocket machine. A week after ordering I received an email to say the items were out of stock and was given a new estimate of delivery (the following week). I then had to chase up the order a week after the revised delivery date.

I recently had the pleasure of trying out the new Rocket Mozzafiato Type V, I was thoroughly impressed. The coffee machine not only looks sleek and modern, but it also makes a delicious cup of coffee.

One of the features that stood out to me the most was the ease of use. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow, and I was able to navigate through the different settings with ease. The machine also had a large water reservoir, which meant that I didn't have to refill it every time I wanted to make a cup of coffee.
Overall, I would highly recommend this coffee machine to anyone in the market for a high-quality product.

Great company to buy from, excellent communication too. I've been holding back from buying an espresso machine for years, being a died in the wool pour over person. None of the machines I'd sampled came up to scratch. However last month I bit the bullet and bought the Rocket Mozzafiato R - what a machine! With a Niche Zero grinder and Red Brick beans from Square Mile, I'm in espresso heaven. Thank you Proespresso.

Great machine, great order experience. The machine actually arrived 2 weeks earlier than the original shipment date. Staff Tim is very helpful, knowing I am in a rush to use the device during Christmas, did not mind to deliver the machine to my door during off hours same day once the machine arrived the UK. Recommend this distributor and actually my second order is on the way.

What a brilliant experience shopping with Pro Espresso. Tim went out of his way over Christmas to ensure my delivery made it to me before the holiday cut off. My machine came from Milan and then Tim brought it to Sussex on the 22nd December.

Excellent is all I can say
Was struggling to find a company to send to Northern Ireland, pro espresso had no problem and sent extremely fast. Always there when needed to talk to no matter what time ! ,even on Xmas day when I had an issue they contacted me and addressed situation.
