Excellent leadership development from Sally on the 3C's. The material is relevant and allows for deep group conversation as well as challenge of the course materials. As the course is over some weeks, Sally keeps a record of our targets and aims keeping us linked with previous training.

Excellent training from Bethan on leading all party calls. Bethan was engaging, knowledgeable and delivered a session with practical takeaways. Everyone was encouraged to take part and the session ran to time which was much appreciated.

Great course - very informative and practical

I attended the Confident Speaking training session with Sally recently with my organisation. I found the training really insightful and felt that I was able to come away with various tips on speaking confidently and particularly the use of body language. I felt the training was delivered really well and that it felt like a safe space to share experiences and ask questions.

The online training provided was excellent. The trainer was very knowledgeable and personable and I would definitely attend further training provided by her.

My training with Clare Collins was great and very bespoke. There were areas that I knew already (but that's just down to me having already done courses in the past on this topic, so not the fault of Professional Training!)
Clare was engaging for the full morning session and made sure everyone in the group got to talk and participate. I wouldn't hesitate to do more training with them again.
