Mike was able to help us with our property purchase last month and the communication from start to finish was always clear, quick & concise.

Excellent service. Mike was helpful in advising which survey would be best for us and offered a competitive price. When we instructed Mike, he had arranged access with our estate agent within a couple of hours for the week after. Survey report came earlier than advised and was very thorough but easy to understand. We did like the fact that he uses a drone so we could have a proper look at the roof too.

Very quick response to level 3 survey request and not as pushy as some of the other companies we contacted. They went out to complete the survey a few days after initial contact. The report was really detailed and easy to follow and highlighted important things about the house we are buying and repairs needed.

Mike at PS’s Chester was immensely helpful, as one of 6 residents we wanted a full roof survey done fairly quickly due to damp issues. Mike came out promptly and listened to what we wanted and did a thorough job giving feedback as he went along. He sent across the emailed report and drone pictures days ahead of the usual lead time which helped us out greatly.

Fast and Efficient - would recommend!

Micheal completed a Schedule of Condition report for us for a office we were moving into, it was very detailed and very clear, He was very professional and also helpful, and we really appreciate that he managed to get it done within our tight deadline. I would definitely use again.

I have used Mike twice in the last year and he was extremely thorough and professional both times. The 1st time round, he helped flag numerous issues with a property that I didn't end up buying due to how much work was required, but his attention to detail and efficiency in getting the report to me, meant I didn't waste any further time or money in the purchase of the property. For the 2nd report, he was just as thorough and helped me proceed with the purchase of my first home. Mike was happy to speak to me over the phone to summarise the visit both times, before sending me the report within a day or two. I highly recommend his services.

We recently used Michael at Professional Surveyors Ltd to carry out a RICS Home Survey - Level 2 survey on a house we were looking to buy.

The resultant report Michael produced was very thorough, well presented and easy to understand. It was all completed within the timescales specified.

I can’t recommend Professional Surveyors enough! Amazing customer service right from the off. Queries are answered quickly and you are kept well informed throughout the whole process. Do not make the same mistake we made.... We used another well known surveyor for our first purchase who were more expensive and unresponsive, I’m so glad we used Professional Surveyors the next time round. Trust me and don’t go elsewhere! :)

We used this company to survey a property for us and first and foremost what a wise choice we made. The survey was a level 2 and we were updated when the surveyor was going and a email to say he had been. The detailed survey followed about 4/5 days later. The survey was well documented with photos. Also we were able to speak to the surveyor about anything we were not sure about on the survey who readily answered any questions we had. In our opinion we are so glad we chose this company as they are very professional in everything they do and the service is excellent.Thank you Mike.

Michael contacted me immediately after my initial enquiry and kept in contact at every step letting me know his initial findings and then sending the report within days of him visiting the property.
