No complaints at all. I was looking for a very specific (and rather obscure) Pink Floyd CD. Progrock.com was selling it at the lowest price I could find so I placed an order. The correct CD arrived quickly and completely undamaged in a well padded envelope.
Order sent out with no postage paid. When I refused to pay the Royal Mail £7 fee and allowed the package to be "returned to sender", they became very aggressive and have since failed to fulfil any of my outstanding orders.
Really great service. Couldn't find what I was looking for on amazon so stumbled across the website by mistake. Emailed the company to see if I ordered would it arrive before xmas. Got an email back within the hour confirming their post process and that they would mark order as urgent. It arrived today in Dublin, Ireland and I only ordered it five days ago.
I have ordered from this seller a couple of times recently and highly recommend them. Decided to support specialist music retailer rather than always looking for second hand and discounted CDs (and the artist gets a proper royalty). CDs always in mint condition and superbly packaged. They obviously care about this music and take pride in what they sell.
I suspect the poor review on here has more to do with a delayed pre-release date than this company.
Ordered a pre-order item for fathers birthday present. Item was released on 24th March and still not shipped. Not even packed yet! Have contacted website to see when this will be shipped and no response to contact. I am nearly £30 down and my dad still doesn't have his birthday present! Thought the point of pre-order was to get it as soon as it is released? Not wait longer than I would have waited had I ordered it from Amazon!
