Throughout the process of my application, Amy who dealt with me was very professional and helpful but also kind and polite. She provided me with everything I needed with great knowledge which gave me better understanding for what and how I needed to complete, but she went the extra mile when I struggled by giving me alternative solutions which was extremely helpful.

So I applied for a job on a Sunday and then received a call from Shannon on Monday morning about the role and she managed to get an interview for the very next day and then arranged the second interview for the day afterwards and by the time Wednesday had rolled around I found out I was successful and got the job, if it was not for Shannon working fast and professionally and keeping me updated at every turn, the turnaround for this role would have been a lot longer, Shannon is an absolute asset to the company and I couldn't have asked for a better service from her, 5 stars all around,
