need a o2 sensor adapter if you're running a catted downpipe
it is a good product. fits like a glove. sounds just like I wanted very sporty. installing was fun lots of wd40 and a impact drill comes very handy. I did it by myself an extra hand will help allot. it took me about 2hrs to install because it was my first time doing something like this and i also installed a catted downpipe so i did 2 parts. you would need the o2 sensor adapter or you will have p0420 code engine light. other than that i am very satisfied and proud. i also have fallen in love with my car all over 2016 honda accord sport now sounds like it looks. sexy

The hondata flash pro I got a few days…
The hondata flash pro I got a few days ago will data log. It will not upload any calibration to my accord. I spoke with hondata and they say that you have to give me a refund. They want me to pay to ship it to them and give them money to fix it. That is not going to happen!!!!

I am sorry to hear about your situation. I looked into your order history and wanted to clarify on a few things. Though we are an authorized dealer for Hondata, we are not authorized for repair or in depth troubleshooting. Per how Hondata operates, they request that more complex situations such as yours, requires direct communication with Hondata themselves. Their techs and developers are the only ones fully familiar with the product to troubleshoot and repair issues with the actual hardware. We understand that items with issues or damages are frustrating to deal with, but they are covered under a warranty and Hondata can help resolve the issue. You notated that you are in open communication with them and we recommend to continue to speak with them. Issues with software can be complicated and they may take longer than normal to have a resolution or understanding of the root issue. They also notated that the outbound shipping is refunded if an issue is found with the product as well. I did notice that you did email our department as well. Though we still recommend to continue to speak to Hondata for best assistance, we will do what we can to help answer any questions or other possible resolutions all parties agree to.

everything was going good until I got…
everything was going good until I got to my last coilovers that didn’t fit I had to modify it a little by drilling the hole higher from where they were marked and also my factory bolt didn’t fit so have to make those bigger, was very disappointed hope you guys reach out to me. Be everything else was perfect just wished everything fit with our having to mess with it.

If you are having issues with the install or something is not fitting correctly, it is highly recommended to contact us before proceeding. Ordered an item
Ordered an item, received the wrong item, had to take pictures to prove it didn't fit and the box. Then return the item, they sent me the wrong item AGAIN. Again had to go thru hoops to prove the wrong item. Now returning wrong item again. No customer service phone number to call. Have to wait for emails. Terrible experience

I apologize for what has been going on your recent order. I reviewed all the return notes, and it seems like there is something wrong with the AVS product design itself. We are definitely sending the correct AVS part # (20161) and AVS themselves has confirmed the fitment for your 2023 Camry TRD trim. So, we are not entirely sure what is going on here, but we're of course going to get you taken care of and issue a 100% refund for everything.
After this whole situation resolves, I would really appreciate you re-evaluating us and possibly changing your star rating if you feel we deserve it. Again, I apologize for this product issue - please just keep in mind it is not directly our fault since it is an issue with the product (or boxing from the manufacturer). In any instance where a part does not fit as advertised or is defective, we'll issue a full refund and cover the expense of getting the part back to us.
