I ordered Injen intakes from pro import…
I ordered Injen intakes from pro import tuners once I received and I installed on my car after I installed the car would shut off right away and made videos of the issues and send it to the pro import tuners. They kept saying install it again and make videos of it and send it to us and I did I still get the same results over and over. They made me do that more than 4 times and they still refused to return the item and then I order takeda intake from pro import tuners and never received the order.

I am sorry to hear about the current situation. I reviewed the orders and wanted to clarify on a few things here. Initially, when the intake was installed, it was not installed properly, as could be seen by the kinked and collapse hose on the passenger side. We do see that you continued to have issues after that was corrected and we did mention we could begin a warranty process. However, you were unable to provide the requested info that the manufacturer requires to complete the warranty process. You chose to get a new intake and we processed that through immediately considering the situation. The intake was sent out and was shown as delivered. FedEx even provided an image of the package left at your doorstep. Since it could not be located, we began a lost package claim as is the normal procedure. All packages are covered by insurance and are fully covered, but there is a process that must be followed. I do see that both issues are being handled by our team and the claim should be completed soon. We always work to ensure that all issues are handled and the customer taken care of. However, please keep in mind that there are processes that must be followed to ensure all parties are happy, have the required information, and follow through with the procedures. Please continue to follow up with our team and we'll ensure this process it completed.

Please contact me. You said my order shipped a month ago but according to the tracking number it hasn't been. I am unable to get ahold of a real person using your phone number and the email address for customer support gets returned saying it doesn't exist.
Apparently I'm not the only one having these issues too according to the complaints on the better business bureau.

I am sorry to hear about your situation. I reviewed your order and emails and can confirm that a reply was sent to you the same day on 3/3. Often times, the email providers may move emails into your spam/junk folders and may be missed as such. It is always recommended to check your spam/junk folders in case you do not see a reply in your main box. Do also note that this was done close to the weekend and we do not work on the weekend. As such, we could not reply to any emails done then. I do see that you sent another email the following Monday, 3/6 we were were able to establish a connection.
