Disgusted and disappointed!!.
I made my order of a £50 mystery box as they said they was closing down. I ordered mine minutes after they announced these closing down boxes. After 8 days with no change on the order status, I made a comment on TikTok but was ignored so I emailed them instead. I got a very condescending reply stating that they was currently away on holiday but the team was busy and all orders had a 10 day delivery on them. They finished that email by stating they wouldn't respond to any other emails till they return from holiday. I waited again and they after 11 days, I sent them a DM on TikTok...ignored, I commented twice....ignored and still the order was still only saying "order made". Then 15 days after I made my order, I emailed them at 10pm telling them that I understand they may be busy but to not hear anything isn't every fair. I then get an email at 5am saying the order has been dispatched. I received it today, 19 days after I ordered and to be honest, I'd have preferred my money back. It's got 4 pickles, 3 out of date drinks (1 of them was EIGHT MONTHS out of date), 3 freeze dried, crushed items, 2 milky bar choos (7 months out of date), a small pick & mix, out of date Takis, a bunch of different sour sweets things (mostly out of date) and 4 out of date fruit roll ups. When I made my order, I left them a lovely note wishing them well on what they do next. My emails said the same thing, I was kind, understanding and didn't once react negatively. I'm absolutely shocked, disgusted and disappointed in the whole process of this disaster of an order. I can now see why they're going out of business. I wonder if they'd feed 8 months out of date drinks and snacks to their own kids, family or even eat them themselves? I think we all know the answer to that don't we?. I only wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered but I genuinely believed they was a decent place, I was wrong.
