didn't do a run, trouble with website and communication
I tried to book a carry on the first week of the patch. They took my money then sent me a note saying that they were adjusting their prices with the new patch and that option was no longer available. They said they would be refunding my money but my credit card statement still shows that they have it.
On edit, the credit did show up in my account. I still have not run with them so I can't recommend their services, but I can confirm that they are not ripoff artists. Communication could have been a lot better.
