I ordered AirPods back in March and it’s now mid May and I still haven’t got them. I just got an email saying that it got lost somewhere in the sorting facility meaning it’s still in America. I hope I can give it zero stars. Please improve your delivery services.
Ordered two products from their company in december and only recently received one of the two. It took 3 months for the first product to arrive and I'm hoping to get a refund for the second.
Yes this company is by far the most crookedness company I ever dealt with . I got screwed out of 70.00 dollars, all I got from them for a 70 dollar case . Was a 3.00 dollar case . What a bunch of losers

I placed an order for an iphone case, and charging cable. the initial email told me it would be delivered within 10 working days. after 3 weeks I tried making contact with with them to chase it up, and it took 3 attempts approx to get a response. finally when i did, they told me they were awaiting delivery of the charging cable and it would be in the post within 5 days. 2 weeks later i was still waiting. I finally received the items about 6-7 weeks after i ordered the products. I'have had the products in my hands approx 8 weeks, and the charging cable has stopped working. the plastic sticky back for the phone they provide has peeled off. I emailed customer care again, and have had no response. useless products, even worse customer care. not worth the money.
I placed an order on March 3, 2019 and as of today July 29, 2019 I have yet to hear anything from the company regarding the status of my order or their acknowledgement of my request to contact them. My order number is #12858 for what its worth. Will be filing a claim with PayPal tomorrow if I don't receive an adequate response by then.
Worst experience ever! I ordered and paid with paypal $40.00 for a red charger for my new iphone in february 6 months ago! At least 15 emails, 2 bad reviews, and still no contact whatsoever! I wish I would have read reviews first. They stole my money just like everyone else! Don't waste your money! This company is on the other side of the earth and DO NOT care at all. Why doesn't some FTC or trade commission do something?!!
Ordered a case for my iPhone 8plus. After a few weeks I tried to contact the company thru PayPal using the “contact project neo at support email link”. Never heard from them. Went through PayPal to get my money back and all of a sudden I get an email from them wanting to know why I put in a claim with PayPal. They said they didn’t get any of my inquiries because my emails went to their spam folder. That should have been a clue. Why would the email address you put out for customer support send their emails to spam? Anyway, said that if I dropped the claim they would send me a temporary case so my phone would be protected ( got that cheap piece of plastic a few weeks later mailed from some foreign country). They also promised me a free pair of state of the art headphones for all the trouble. So I agreed and dropped the claim. Still waiting on those free headphones. Well once you stop a PayPal claim you cannot start another one. Project Neo probably knows that. Ordered my case (Tokyo Edge) on February 1st. Today is June 25th. I have sent other emails and have not gotten any response. Guess I ended up paying $45 for a case I could have bought at Walmart for about $5. Lesson learned. Do not use this company.
If someday in the future my case actually arrives then I will issue a retraction, but until that day.....
I ordered a case and a pair of wireless ear buds on April 26. I sent an email around the beginning of June, another a week later and a third a week later. I never received a response to any of the emails. I disputed the charge with American Express who refunded my money.
After 4 weeks nothing received. No response to emails.

The worst customer service ever! Okay now that we’ve got that out of the way, I must admit I’ve never even got an email back from them. Had a slight issue & placed a complaint and poor review. They responded quickly and handled professionally and made it right. Got new case and it’s perfect. Highly recommend.
Took me nearly 4 months and paypal intervention to get the case I ordered(well an equivalent as the one I ordered was unavailable) .I've never ever left bad feedback before but feel I owe it to my fellow man to warn you that there is a good chance you will have a very frustrating experience with this company. Once they ran out of excuses they stopped replying to me until I asked paypal for help.
I would not recommend and after all the hassle the case aint as great as portrayed.
Offered me some ears phones as a free gift for my troubles! guess what ? never came with the case and im not holding my breath that I'll ever get them.
