In a recent order, products listed as in stock on the web site, were not, in fact, but I was only informed of this after my order was completed and funds transferred. However, I am pleased to further report that after I expressed my disatisfaction with this situation, it was remedied swiftly and efficiently as soon as the product became available again. My order was completed very much to my satisfaction and I am quite happy with the product itself.
