Great assortment of products

As a first-time customer
As a first-time customer I was asked for I.D. (which seemed a little "sketch", but I get it) I was then asked for it again (specifically I was asked to resubmit a bigger shot of my ID) Perhaps the person didnt know that you can click on the thumbnail and it will display as big as u like ? Anyway, that was a bother. Then I was asked for payment again (even though it had gone through days before) so I had to answer that email which was again, a bother. Additionally, as a first-time customer I qualified for but didnt receive the advertised discount bcuz it wouldnt accept the promo code (no explanation why) so when I submitted my order I asked about that - Nobody ever got back to me ! (not wowing me so far) All this took almost a week (not thrilled with that) The product arrived quickly and securely though, which was great. There were some extra little goodies in the bag which was also great ! The product was not as potent as I would have hoped.
