This was a Christmas gift for my 2-year old great grandson and he is already showing interest in it. Can't wait to watch him learning to tie his shoes!

Toy was interesting

Quick shipment and my grandson played with it immediately before opening other gifts on Christmas Day!

My grandchild loves the original and fun toys we bought him. It was easy to track them and see when they were going to be delivered

I’ve emailed the company to chase my order and had no response. The gifts were for Christmas and gave not arrived. There was no indication on the website at the time of ordering that the order wouldn’t arrive before Christmas, or that there was any delay in shipping. I appreciate this is a busy time of year but I’ve not even received a generic email to say the order is delayed.

Loved t he puzzles. First rate. And loved the bags. Great place to keep pieces from going missing!

The items I purchased were gifts. The parents were delighted. I will definitely come back to make future Montessori purchases because I trust that they are developmentally appropriate.

The best thing about the toys is they love grandma and grandpa to interact with her.

Innovative toys for youngsters. Great colors well made durable products.

UPDATE: It is now January 15th and I still have not received it. Tracking hasn't been updated since December 31st. This company gave me 1/2 my money back.

They advertise the last day to order for Christmas delivery is December 11th. I placed my order on December 6th and it didn't even leave CHINA until December 21st. They use a New York address but ship from China. I would not have ordered if I knew it was coming from China and will not order again from them.

I placed an order Nov 25. Received confirmation of that order. Today’s date is dec 23 and I’ve not received that order. Order was untraceable. Checked back couple weeks later only to find it was never filled. They should have in my opinion expedited order then. But no they didn’t. They made it track able. Set in PA for 6 days. Still did nothing to expedite order. Now it’s set in Dallas for two days since dec 22. Very unlikely I’ll have it by Christmas. Never again. Yes it was delivered the day AFTER Christmas

I'd actually forgotten about Montessori until I saw your articles...I enrolled my grandchildren in Montessori preschool years ago. Now we have a great granddaughter and I want her to be exposed to all these learning early experiences.

Placed on order on 8th December which was confirmed but I have still not received my order or even had any confirmation that it has been shipped. Have sent four emails to the company during this time to chase where the order is up to but they haven't even had the decency to respond to any of these. Horrific customer service so I would urge anyone to avoid them.

Edit: To emphasise the poor customer service, the response to my emails only took place after I published this review. Says all you need to know.

Ordered 8 December. Tracking shows still not despatched. Customer services auto response only and no other way of contacting. Not impressed!

It took a while for a response, but I finally got a great response from the team. Unfortunately the gift won’t make it for Christmas—-but it will get there in January. Wish I had known earlier, but it is ok. Found out before I arrived at our grandchildren’s home.

The product I bought for my granddaughter was well received by her and she started enjoying it immediately. From the product’s perspective I probably would have given you a 4 or 5. My reason for dropping my rating is related to a follow-up issue. There were some broken pieces in the box, a couple of dominoes and the palm tree. I immediately sent in a notice of this in the link you have for missing, broken or damaged parts. I have gotten no acknowledgment of your receipt of that note nor what will be done to rectify the matter.

I am so excited and pleased with the excellent quality and craftsmanship of their products. More so the advantages my grandchildren will obtain by using the Montessori products makes it all the more worth spending a little extra. It's the best investment you'll make when your child/children are reading in their 3rd and 4th year of life.
