Ordered 2 toys for my 4 year old and 2 year old grandsons on 12/4/25. I received one of the items. Item #2 was shipped 12/14 (from China). I still have not received it. I am worried it won’t be here for Christmas. I had no expectations there would be an issue with delivery before Christmas. I am very disappointed.

Purchased gifts Nov.26 as a Chanukah present. It’s now Dec 21, the holiday is over, and the gift was never received. Shipping shows it’s in LA, where it’s been since Dec. 13. Project Montessori will not answer my calls or emails about delivery. They have ignored 11 emails to find out where the gift is. Never experience such HORRIBLE customer service.

I would give the company no stars at all.
It said 6-10 business days for delivery. I ordered on 23 November and am still waiting.
I have chased the company who have stopped replying. I have tried to chase Yodel the local courier but it is impossible to speak to a human being.
I would strongly suggest that you do not attempt to buy from this company

It took 23 days to receive the order of a wooden musical instrument set for my granddaughter for Christmas. I placed the order 12/1/25 and it arrived 12/24/25, too late to be a part of our Christmas gift exchange out of state.
On 12/20/25, being very disappointed, I wrote a review giving the company a one star rating.
However today, 12/27/25, I changed that rating to 3 stars simply because they have prompt, empathetic customer service dedicated to resolving issues. I found their focus to be on their customer's satisfaction and continued patronage.
I will order from them again as I am pleased with the quality of the wooden instrument set I purchased, BUT I will plan my next purchase a month in advance, haha.

Upon my daughter's recommendation, I ordered the Culinary Wooden Blocks, along with a drawstring bag, on November 10 for my granddaughter for Christmas. Within a week, the bag came. It's December 19, and I'm still waiting on the blocks. I knew I was in trouble when I saw tracking from China, and then received an email on November 28 from USPS, telling me there was a "delivery exception," and the package would not be delivered due to insufficient postage. I contacted the company, including the tracking number from USPS so they could verify my claim, but my pleas fell on deaf ears until I reached out about the order to Shopify. Within 2 days, I was given a 50% refund and was told I could "keep the item." WHAT ITEM? IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED! So then a replacement was shipped on December 12, and it's been held up in Chicago clearing customs and awaiting shipping in the US, and I fear I won't have it for Christmas. In the meantime, I ordered something from Amazon, and if the second shipment shows up at my house after Christmas, I will send it back and ask for the rest of my money back, which I would hopefully get back before 2027! Terrible customer service, terrible business model. Can't believe doing business this way could in any way be profitable!!

I had no idea from the website that this was a company exporting from China. The contact telephone number is American but only seems to take voice mail messages.
It took a few weeks for the toys I ordered to arrive and for what they cost the quality is poor. They were nearly £25 each and I would say the sort of thing I would expect to buy in a market for perhaps a quarter of that at most.
Not what I expected nd not what I would be prepared to gift my nephews at Christmas so have gone shopping and bought more.

I did have a little scare
It wasn’t due to project Montessori, but someone who was pretending to be a company that I ordered things from was trying to get me to give them information telling me that it had been shipped
I never ordered anything else from anywhere else

I have been given a refund. But only after making this negative review. I still believe leaving this review up and available for people to see is important. I think PM should work on improving the quality of their products over removing bad reviews after a refund.
I recently purchased the Montessori Baby Sensory Book from PROJECT MONTESSORI.
I have just received it, and it is not the same product that is advertised.
• very flimsy
•different pictures and colours
•no crinkle paper
•mirror is foggy and the reflections are distorted
•quality is a lot poorer than made to believe by description and photos on Web page.
•does not fold into a standing position
•didn't come in any packaging other than the shipping bag.
I would advised people NOT to purchase this product and be very cautious of anything they buy from this company. I attempted to put this same review on their website and it has not been displayed. So they are also hiding bad reviews.

There is no human correspondence with this outfit. No phone numbers listed or available anywhere. Order tracking site is totally bogus. Worse customer service ever, They don't mention that product could be sent from just about anywhere in the world or how will be sent. I just know 2 little boys will be disappointed in Christmas! Update.... still nothing received from order. Just phony promises and no valid tracking. Nothing but AI generated Conor responses.

I made a mistake on the shipping address when I ordered online and didn't notice it until this morning and realized the mistake. I emailed the company and, even during this busy time of year, they got right back to me and we were able to resolve the problem.

Ordered 1 book on the 3rd December, received email on the 5th confirming order ready to ship, it's now 18th December heard nothing and still not delivered, no further contact and tracking showing in Transit, so can't review quality of product that hasn't arrived but as far as delivery time frames and communication/updates Not Great.

My first communication to them took over a week to get a response back...
I placed two separate orders. Two items from the first order did arrive, the second doesn't even have tracking on it and after several emails trying to find out the status of it because it's a Christmas gift and like other reviewers here, it was placed sometime ago...
Maybe they are a smaller operation and there is only one person handling everything...?
But it looks like the other item that I paid for is somewhere in limbo so I don't have the money, the item doesn't seem to be on the way and it was a Christmas gift and kind of defeats the purpose to order a Christmas gift early enough and not have arrive by Christmas or even know where it is. The communications are very slow, other than once I did get an answer to my initial email.. wish it was advising about a discount that was available that I did not have an opportunity to take at the same time of order and I immediately advised of the issue, and even though now the item was on sale price for that same percentage discount, I had to battle to get what I should have been able to have had the site let me apply to begin with that was even now the sale price on the unit the day I was battling. It's been a very frustrating experience. I kind of want my money back because I noticed I can just buy the items on Amazon. Wish I had known that ahead of time...
I sought out Montessori and I liked the options available on their site. The felt Christmas tree was a big hit so that I appreciate and it did arrive in a timely manner.
I try to not order things on Amazon to support smaller businesses, but now I've been in more than one conundrum since ordering.
Hopefully I will get a response for the tracking, or where the missing item is, or that it's even been shipped and hopefully it will arrive before christmas. And I understand small businesses being limited in staffing, however it's not fair to Consumers if a business is more than somebody can manage themselves. Might need a little extra help from somewhere

Anyways I still have one item lost in somewhere with my money still out for it. Hopefully the little boy what kind of needs the little musical bench item, gets it one way or so that he can get the benefits from it and have a nice surprise.
