From the start things were messy
From the start things were messy, they shipped all their compliance to India, and they didn't have a clue, I struggled to get people cleared then got told I am supposed to be doing it all myself and was threatened dismissal! mortified I decided as it was during the Pandemic and work was not much out there at the time i decided to crack on and take it to them which I did, but they just don't leave you alone and you are pushed from one manager to another whom all have different opinions, no structure or systems in place really to provide an organized way of working , just a shambles set up , HR haven't a clue how nursing works and the small nursing team they had were made up of inexperienced consultants all from the same agency before apart from one lady who was very good . Not very friendly when I attended the office , a gossip and malicious team especially the team leader what a bully and a coward, covered his back and put the blame on others for his errors. Long winded meetings leading to nothing and no appreciation of someone like myself who has been in the industry 10 years! had success and knows what I am doing, changing your direction and work format constantly , commission structure is very high threshold considering their basic is very low, out of hours team is off shore and again they don't really understand when people call them the nature of the business or our clients just like robots and there due to economic reasons! For a company established in 2007 it hasn't come very far and until they change their attitude they will stay that way , it was an experience indeed and I will take away alot in what to look out for going forward . You spend so many hours building relationships only for them to sabotage everything when you are on annual leave. no sick pay offered to me during a very difficult time and on return they made my life hell. Stay clear if you know whats good for you unless you join the Doctors team , they know what they are doing on the contrary.
