Got this for my niece for our wedding - it was perfect! Beautifully made, nice and soft (not scratchy), and she looked like a little angel. Everyone thought she was adorable!

I felt amazing wearing this to a formal gala! The silver tulle sparkled beautifully under the lights, and it hugged my curves perfectly. Such an elegant dress, it looked way more expensive than it cost.

My dream dress for the big day! The lace detail was so elegant, and the mermaid gave me looked like a designer gown without the designer's price.

This dress was lovely for my daughter's school prom! The lace detail is so delicate, and the two-piece style felt grown-up yet age-appropriate. It fit her perfectly, and she got tons of compliments.

This gown is absolutely stunning! My only suggestion is to order a size up. It was a little small in the chest for my daughter. Other than that, it was perfect and she looked amazing for her pageant!

Beautiful lovely dress! The lace detailing and classic design were perfect for the occasion. It fit well, and my daughter looked angelic in it. But the sleeves were a little snug for her.

Scammers!!! Avoid them at all cost!! Dresses are cheap and nothing like in pictures. They don’t refund your money and asking you to send the dress back to China!!! Report them and spread the word!

I recently purchased a vintage lace tea-length rockabilly wedding dress for my intimate wedding, and it truly captured the beautiful vintage vibe I was after. The lace detailing and tea-length cut were perfect for the rockabilly theme I wanted. However, the fit wasn't quite as expected; the sizing was a bit off, and the material felt stiffer than I had hoped. I had to make a few minor adjustments with a tailor to get it just right. But after those tweaks, the dress looked stunning.

I bought this dress for my daughter's First Communion and it was perfect! It's a really classic, elegant dress, and the lace details are beautiful. It fit true to size and my daughter said it was very comfortable to wear. The dress was a little wrinkled straight out of the package, but otherwise, it was perfect!

I got this for my niece's birthday, and it was a huge hit! The material is really soft and perfect for summer. The fit was great, and the colors were so vibrant. It's such a cute dress for a birthday party.

The other reviews are spot on. Ordered a dress. Didn’t really look like what ordered. Tried to return. Met with resistance. They offered a discount. I said no. Return address was China. I knew then, I didn’t really have an easy way out of it. So I took half refund and now the dress is on its way to nearest charity shop.
If it’s too good to be true (price wise etc) then check first. Wish i had

This company bribe you when you receive a faulty dress that you want to return. They will only refund you if you remove all the negative feedback you have written. They also sent me a paragraph of a 5 star review they wanted me to write once I had deleted the original.
Only then would I recieve refund (minus postage and less 3% of final purchase price!!) This is what they wanted me to write....

"I didn't pay attention to the return policy, and after explaining the reason to the customer service, the customer service finally helped us solve all the problems."

I mean you can tell the Intelligence we are dealing with here, I would of suggested a much better draft than that!

I told them to keep their shoddy refund and I would continue to make future customers aware NOT to buy anything from this place. I genuinely believe that the good reviews have only been added in order for the customers to get a refund on the shoddy dresses they send out!!!

Absolutely shocking!!! Supposed to of been hand made, wel I'm pretty sure Stevie Wonder could of done a better job! Really cheap looking, loose & wobbly stitching, rips in the netting, loose threads all over it..

Avoid this company! Sent me a dress that looked nothing like the pictures and was of very poor quality with faults. Contacted the company who admitted it wasn't correct straight away. Getting my refund was awful and they would only process it if I wrote a positive review on here! Eventually after a few weeks I received a refund which was less than what I paid for the dress! I wouldn't waste your time or money buying anything from them!

This company is awful in taking responsibility! Order was sent out with cheap courier company who decided to throw the parcel on my front door and take a picture. Parcel was not received. When questioned company about the whereabouts of my parcel I was told it was ‘successfully’ delivered and argued this until they were blue in the face! Prom formal demanded I go to a local ROYAL MAIL post office to sign a form to prove that the parcel was not successfully delivered. Royal Mail stated they have nothing to do with the couriers in question but judging by the proof of delivery which was a parcel thrown on my front door step that was in actual fact NOT a successful delivery! Only then I was issued a refund after numerous emails back and forth and having to go out of my way to get forms signed by Royal Mail post office! Waste of time and awful customer service

Dress received - absolute disappointment. Nothing like in the picture plus very bad fish smell. Quality very low. Communication very poor. Offered just 20£ out of 119£. Thieves and nothing else.

Dress nothing like in the picture, quality of stitching and finishing touches extremely poor, the diamond effect finishes only go a quarter of the way down and half were missing and could see the glue! but the picture shows them all the way down and the glitzy finishes you see round the neck line are in-fact cheap plastic butterflies!
Needless to say asked for a refund and was surprised when only offered half my money back! Managed to get another 5 whole pounds included but still £35 down if include the shipping fee. Had to fork out for another dress for my daughters prom as well and gave this one to charity as had no use at all for it. 9 days since was told my refund was processed and still no sign of my money. Also not one apology in any of the correspondence I've received despite admitting the dress has some issues. Never again unfortunately.

I was very sceptical about ordering my wedding dress from an online store that I have never heard of. I did my research on trust pilot and thought what the hell ill take a risk. I found my dream wedding dress on promformal and at a brilliant price. I was very nervous waiting for it to arrive but I had no need to the dress was absolutely beautiful exactly as described and made to a very high standard. I'm glad I went a size bigger than needed as it fit perfectly. I can't be more happier and can't wait to wear it in October 2023. Thankyou so much promformal

Great customer service, the staff stayed in contact throughout, was worried about my purchase with no reviews but has fallen in love with the wedding dress. Ordered five bridesmaids dresses, a wedding dress and they even made me ties and dicky bows to match and all were perfect and well made.
