I requested £430 on 12 February through Faster Payments. It sat as pending for six days, then flipped to manual review with a note about additional checks. I sent the statement they asked for, then a second copy because the first was apparently not clear enough. It landed on 27 February. Fifteen days for something the cashier page describes as same day.

Poor design and works bad on mobile
Very poor game library with no filtering whatsoever ever. Just a big clutter of games, live tables and other types randomized together. Impossible to play on your desktop and even worse on your phone.

Bad experience with the rude customer support agents. I asked a simple question about a few game descriptions and they hung up the live chat on me several times. I think that's pretty bad behavior.

Problems with my welcome package

I like that I can just open the site in my browser without installing some clunky software. Even on my older laptop the games run in HTML5 without stuttering. For me that’s a big plus because I don’t want extra casino apps sitting on my desktop or phone.

Hidden limits everywhere
Didn’t know there was a max cashout on bonus wins until I actually tried to withdraw. Turned my 30 bonus into 300, but they only paid a small part and removed the rest. The rule is somewhere deep in the terms. Feels sneaky.
