I have moved seven times snd this company were by far the most efficient cost effective and helpful I have ever used. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole team were happy and helpful! Would recommend them anytime.

Absolutely fantastic team. We had many moving dates and Tom was so good in accommodating each change. Tom, Harry and Junior were fantastic from start to finish, taking away all the stress and hard work on the day, professional, diligent and so much more making it a seamless moving day for us. 100% recommend ProMove, thankyou guys

For the second time this year we had a big move, which involved packing up our former house as well as moving things out of storage all into our new home. Tom and Harry dedicated three full days to this while accommodating our timelines, and on one of the days worked until very late into the night, in order to see us move in with all our furniture reassembled and all our things safely in our new house. Not only did we massively appreciate the time and effort they invested into this job and how professional they were, but we really enjoyed having them around as they are genuinely lovely and fun people. For any future moving needs, I wouldn’t want to use anyone other than ProMove Gloucester - we recommend them 150%!

Many thanks to Harry and Connor for making my move go smoothly (I was absolutely dreading it!). But the guys were polite and friendly and got on with job. Many thanks to Tom too for the initial contact/confirming the date and communicating whilst in the middle of a long distance move, which shows commitment to customer service/care, which was most appreciated. Pro move did an excellent job moving some equipment from our restaurants in Gloucester and Cheltenham to Bristol. I would say that Tom and the team did a very prompt and a professional job. Equipment was picked up and delivered safely from multiple locations. I looked around in all of the Gloucester and Cheltenham to find a professional and an affordable mover, and no one came close. Highly Recommended. They provide a fabulous service.

Throughout our protracted house sale / purchase Tom offered advice and a sympathetic ear too. We provisionally booked him three times as false starts on our contract exchange happened but when we were given just eight days to complete Tom came through !
We were lucky to enjoy his and the team’s company on two occasions as our furniture had to go into story for six weeks.
As well as being thoroughly professional and efficient,Tom, Connor and Harry were excellent company throughout the two days they were with us.
It was an absolute pleasure to have them move us - I cannot recommend them highly enough

ProMove Glos are a superb moving company. Having been recommended by a friend, from the moment Tom came round to qoute I was left in no doubt but to use their services. Flexible around moving dates changing, arrived promptly in the morning, took fantastic care of our belongings and stayed at our new home until we had everything exactly how we wanted it. Couldn't have done anything more to help us, and were great fun along the way!

Tom and the guys are professional, careful, hard-working but also fun. They are great to deal with were flexible even when dates weren't clear.

Tom was great from the moment he came to view my flat ahead of the move - super professional, competent and reassuring, so it was no surprise he had come highly recommended by the storage facility I am using. We agreed on the move dates without issue and on both pre-arranged days Tom and Connor were prompt to arrive, very efficient and packed everything up with both thoroughness and speed! They were also really fun and clearly cared about doing their job well. Communication with Tom was very speedy and clear throughout the process. I will definitely be using Pro Move Gloucester again for my upcoming moving needs! :)

Tom and the team were GREAT.
Not only very professional, but super easy and available. We had a problem with timing of delivery on the set up day of an event and they all managed very last minute to stay up all night to help us out. They moreover completed the job in a fast and smooth way, very very professional and competent in what they do. We’ll surely contact them again when in UK for events!

Tom and team were amazing! Very professional and hard working, everything was secured and packed well. Tom kept in contact with us up to the move, provided boxes and tape in advance. Prompt arrival on the day, let us know his eta in advance. We chose to pay by the hour and Tom stayed very late to make sure that our own vans were emptied as well as his, and set up everything for us in the house. The team earned every penny and we will definitely use again in the future. Next time we will leave the whole move to the professionals! Thanks guys you were fantastic!

What can I say....A stressful journey with our house sale & buying our new home BUT Tom made the whole process on completion day....stress free! He's efficient, knowledgeable and overall an awesome local guy!
