The app/online experience is trash
The app/online experience is trash. Cant rebew as there is no option. You click on your state for a quote and it logs u back off. You put in email as part of quote and says account already active sogn in to renew. Its a dead end cycle. Finally got to set up witj anitger rmail and my docs are nowhere to be found. Is blank on "my docs". In person is $50 more due to their "agent fees"

I had talked with agent, Laura Gonzalez, on a Friday. We discussed a new policy. She contacted me Monday morning to pick up where we left off. She searched for the best rate for me.
