I ordered parts and paid for them
I ordered parts and paid for them, soon thereafter, I get text that the part is not available. Why do you sell stuff you don't have and can't get? Then, I have to go through your program with emails and text to get the refund.

I would give 5 stars but my first time ordering from here and using aftermarket parts. The price is reasonable comparing to original Cat parts and the customer support is great and hoping to do more business with them

Very helpful. Every question or request I had was answered quickly. I didn't have a parts book for my excavator but that was no problem for them. If you need parts for your Cat, give them a shot.
