Awesome service. We remorgaged a rental property though Property Master. Can't fault them -- great initial communications, fast responses to queries, prompt follow-up with the mortgage providers, acted swiftly to overcome minor problems that arose. Would definitely recommend.

Initially, I was very disappointed with Property Master, however, Helen the marketing manager, called me personally and explained the situation and it was a very plausible set of circumstances, that led to the misunderstanding. I have updated my review to 5 star, because, even if I don't get anything back from Property Master, the concern the team has shown, indicates what a professional outfit they are and that they take the customers requirements and feedback seriously.

I have been doing this for 20 years, using loads of brokers such as L&C, John Charcoal, etc. but Property Master seems to have it sussed.

Efficient and very effective service, providing continuous communication throughout. Additionally, website clear and concise with immediate access to lender’s rates. A refreshing and welcome change to getting the right mortgage without wasting time.

I've re-mortgaged via Property Master twice and found the website simple to use, especially as it stores your portfolio details for subsequent searches. Search results were comprehensive detailing a range of available re-mortgage options which I hadn't expected to find as one of us is 65! Claire dealt with all the admin and guided us through the procedure answering any questions I had. A great easy to use service for Landlords.

I used Property Master recently (Dec 17) to arrange a remortgage of an existing BTL property. I found the website easy to use and having entered my details the results and service from the PM staff were excellent. Great communication throughout the process and an easy refinancing that will save money. I would recommend Property Master and am indeed in the process of using them again for another refinancing.

Property Master were brilliant, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Their website was straightforward and easy to follow. I could compare different mortgages with true costs over the mortgage term with ease. I clicked thr mortgage I was interested in amd was then contacted by Claire at Property Master.

She was great and guided me through the rest of the application process and kept in touch with the lender to review progress.

Property Master are great, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They don't charge a broker fee which is an added bonus.

This is the first time I've used Property Master. They guided me along the remortgage path with patience and speedy support when necessary.

Propertymaster was brilliant during every stage of the process and I can just recommend them wholeheartedly. They helped me finding the best deal, answered any questions in time and were quick to response. The solicitors (Breezeplus) my bank selected for the refinancing were more than useless and it was vital that Propertymaster kept chasing them to keep to bank rolling.

From day one when I enquired about a mortgage they have been very helpful.
The filling out of the forms was made as easy as possible (something I hate doing) giving me more time to carry on with other things.
I was kept up to date with what was going on and could call them at any time during the day and get helpful advice or assistance.
It didn't take long to get an answer in principle for a mortgage then the decision is up to you without any pressure.
I would recommend Property Master for the ease of applying and getting a mortgage as well as for the helpful members of staff.

I have just used Property Master for the first time on a buy to let remortgage and would definitely use them again. We didn't have a straightforward mortgage application but they were extremely helpful and sorted everything out very quickly. They supported us through the entire process until everything was completed. There were no long application telephone calls and their website was very easy to use. Thanks to Claire for all her hard work.

Very easy to request quotes online. Excellent communication. Very responsive by email and phone. Our BTL mortgage was quite complicated as it involved my son's property which we jointly own. He is currently studying for a Masters in the Netherlands which created a few issues but this was dealt with efficiently. We saved over £230/month with a 5 year fixed rate
