Being able to take advantage of the services offered by Property Credit, provided me with peace of mind. They relieved me of all the worries and took it all on for me. Much appreciation for what they offered and delivered. Absolutely a Great Team and Organisation to work with!!

Quite painful. Link sent to mobile, couldn't forward to desktop. Had to create an account via laptop to link the two. Impossible to take photo via laptop, no ability to upload a photo. Partner completed his ID, dashboard status won't update, help chat unavailable at 6pm on a weeknight.

Property Credit went above and beyond today. I couldn't get my request through the portal, but they took care of the entire process for me and called to confirm the approval within hours, after sending an email to with all appropriate details. Truly 5-star service

Fast and efficient. Clear and concise information given. Monthly statements indicating what was owed and final payment.

All staff were really friendly and sincere. They actually cared about me which made the process really easy.

What a waste of time!
I had to change my phone number to no caller id to get through to them. They wouldn't answer my calls, when I was only trying to confirm they had the documents they requested.

Very disappointing experience! the inexperience of Jack and the whole show was terrible considering a simple loan to be drawn when I had over $400000 in equity but couldn't provide a line of credit for $40000 for a maximum of a month for house improvements to be paid back at settlement.

No good guys. Save yourself the nightmare.

The process itself was quick and easy to navigate. I would just suggest making sure when borrowing for advertising for a sale of property that attention be given to how this is paid back. I mistakenly thought (my own fault) that it would come out of settlement funds but it is a separate payment to be made and accounted for from sale of funds by the borrower (ie ME!) Property Credit were more than courteous and understanding when they had to call me for payment later.

Staff were helpful and patient. Process was fast and staff had great communication skills. Thankful for Giovanna & her team's assistance 🙏🏽 Easily 5 out of 5 excellent service👏🏽

Fantastic service initially for small disbursements to be repaid at settlement. Used their deposit service separately for a new home purchase but when I went to clear this prior to settlement on current property (separate from new purchase) was advised that unless all items were repaid that second mortgage would not be released. After a week of attempting to rectify with customer service and loan underwriting, I finally was contacted by Jordan in the settlements team who resolved this promptly.

So very helpful and obliging.
