Took out the stress of selling my property
Fantastic - so easy to use and I didn’t have to worry about anything. The team liaised with my agent on my behalf and I could relax and focus on what I needed to. Funds came through quickly and customer service was fantastic. This is the second time I’ve used Property Credit and will be using them again for my next property sale.

Such a great experience dealing with property credit for over 1 year.
Fast, friendly and efficient service that we really couldn’t recommend highly enough.
Also a big bonus that this service does not leave an enquiry on your credit score, this was the deciding factor as this is of upmost importance to us.
Without using property credit we wouldn’t have been able to pay the large sum of cash upfront for our building plans and quite possibly would haven’t been able to start building our dream home!
Great business model PC, much appreciated.

Very happy dealing with Matteo, I have used other similar property finance, Matteo called me back straight away, while the other company returned my call like more than 2 months after I tried to contact them so many times. But Matteo is very hands on, very detailed, no nonsense, get to the point, and the money even come very quickly, like the same day. It makes it easy for me to talk to vendor. This is very useful, makes my job easier, makes my life easier.
