Amazing experience for someone new to the property business. There was so much detail and information in the 3 days, Sam and Chris have been absolutely brilliant and made me think about what I need to consider before setting up the business. Sam's encouragement about reality checks also helped me to 'face my fears'. I can't thank the guys enough for all the knowledge. Absolutely brilliant. Lots of information shared free for three days, the team put their time and effort into the sessions. One star removed for the very strong emphasis on marketing throughout which at times felt quite prominent. While I appreciate the importance of promotion, I personally find a more balanced approach would’ve have reduced time spent and more effective at building trust. However, I’m sure others may find it useful. I found mentorship programme advertised to be unexpectedly very costly albeit I might consider in the near future when I am in a better financial state.
