very professional and honest, when I told them I didn't like their offer I was referred so another company and given advice.
I am very happy with the level of service I received even after me telling them no.

I have received some very helpful information and when issue with my land will be looking at finishing deal with them.

Good communications. Prompt reply to my enquiry. Rate offered was somewhat lower than I am currently prepared to accept but if my circumstances change I would return to this company.

Utterly useless service. Zoopla and right move work better

The speed and politeness of the original person was good, however they lead you to believe it will be a much higher offer so you go through all the questions. Simply not high enough by a long shot, 75% of market value is not acceptable

Pleasant service but very low valuation. 85 to 90 % of "market value" was mentioned in the first phone call, at which point I said goodbye.

The call back time was extremely quick. The lady on the phone was very polite, honest and helpful. Just couldn't offer us a figure we wanted for the house (£10k out). The emails have been an interesting read.

I entered my details for a property I am selling. I was supposed to receive an immediate cash offer. Instead I was sent to a page with a big blue "ERROR!" message. I then received twice or three times daily spam emails. Not a good impression of this company.

I answered all their questions correctly and they said my property was worth £104,039.20 with 80% confidence, and that "this is an estimate and your property might actually be worth more than this figure depending on the current market demand in your area." I was very surprised as the most recent comparable property in the block next door had sold at auction for £12,500, publicly available information. Others in better condition sell for around £25,000. Every property on this street is a one bedroom flat of the same age so coming up with values here is about as easy as it gets. When I spoke to them in response to their many attempts to contact me it became clear they weren't even interested at buying at £12,500 (or as far as I could work out at any price at all), so you can draw your own conclusions about why they told me it was worth £104,039.20. I would expect someone to work out a price to the nearest 20p unless they were fairly serious about it. Then for weeks afterwards they kept sending emails headed "I will buy your house". Given they had already said that they wouldn't buy I will leave you to decide how truthful this company is?

Phoned Property Cash Buyers as did not know how it worked. They gave me very clear advice and explained everything to me. Although we have not taken up their offer as yet, I would not hesitate to accept their offer if needed by us.

The time they took to make sure I understood the procedure was quite remarkable.

They were really good and helpful. The only reason I did not use them was because I needed a bit more money

I've been asked to review their service and I have to say I'm more than impressed. I was looking to sell my mothers home after her going into care.
It was a difficult time and the company spent time to really ensure things went smoothly.
They put you in touch with several agents who basically bid against each other to get you the highest offer.
I recommend their service to anyone looking to sell without an estate agent or long wait.

Really only useful if you are desperate (which I am not). Initial valuation on website was accurate and agreed with my own extensive research. Person who phoned was polite and honest which is why i gave 2 stars. Essentially if a property is valued at £100k they offer £70k as the cash buyer does then not put back on the market for £100k but at £80-85k for quick turnaround. If this company is seeking advice on improvements I would suggest a) being honest from outset and/or b) selecting investors with longer term strategies who aren't out to make a 'quick buck' but still get a discounted property purchase at say max 10% off e.g. those investors looking to rent out property or hold on to for more than 5 minutes

Started out very wary of what was involved as not someting you deal with everyday.. from start to finish an honest assesment of my property their valuation same as ours. Process eplained in plain english so easy to understand. Even after we decided this was not the route for our situation . The guys were courteous and remained helpful . Turned round in 48hrs. Would reccomend you deal with these guys .
