A fantastic service, although this was a time consuming process due to hold ups both with the Land Registry office and the freeholders, I was happy with all the help given and it was a very friendly service, I highly recommend this company for selling a property.

They will seriously overvalue your home, tell you they have a buyer willing to pay for your home and complete quickly, however when their buyer calls they don't offer you cash, they just ridicule you for trying to sell your property quickly and intimate that they will give you an offer much smaller than the value of your home 11 years ago! Ridiculous website that makes promises they can't possibly keep. Should just be honest with people about the value of the property and the availability of a buyer, there's no possible way I would recommend anyone else to use this site, it's just a joke!

The property quotes on the engine are out by around 40,000 it's yet another scam to get company's to call you and have your details I would not advise anyone to use this service

I’m based overseas so it was really hard to even get agents to call me back let alone get the property listed. I contacted them by email and they did a good job. I probably got less than if I sold myself on the market but I needed to sell quickly and to a company that I could trust. I recommend them if you need the same service.

I chose to sell to a local investor who messed me around something rotten. In all fairness to the company as soon as they knew the situation they bought the property themselves at the agreed price and I believe stopped working with the investor. Turned me from an angry customer to a very happy one and I think they deserve credit for that! Well done.

I've been asked to review Property Cash Buyers service after using them recently. I have to say I don't normally write reviews but after completing the sale of my home last year I have no problem recommending their service.

After going through a difficult period I needed to sell my home and was struggling to find any Estate Agents who understood what I needed. I called a few companies listed online and instantly connected with the company. They took the time to understand my circumstances and explained what they would do to help.

The sale took 3 weeks from start to finish and they actually covered all my upfront fees! Their Solicitors were great and Donna who handles the sale was always on hand to answer any questions.
