Frustrating and difficult experience

We have had a frustrating and difficult experience purchasing an investment property with The Property Club. Because they work through property amalgamators to source properties, there are a lot of “middle-men” in the process. Communication has been terrible and at times we have been completely ignored or flat out lied to. We have ended up spending many hours and countless emails to have the property in “turn-key” condition as promised. 4 months down the track after settlement we are still waiting for building defects to be fixed. Other issues included: no letterbox or clothesline installed, builders standard appliances installed when premium appliances were specified and all emails to the Melbourne Branch Manager completely ignored regarding rectifying issue after settlement. In the end we had to contact the builder directly to initiate having defects fixed as per the building inspection report. He seemed to have not been approached by anyone from the Property Club and had not seen the building inspection report. He has also done nothing to have these fixed 3 weeks later. I would not recommend purchasing an investment property through The Property Club and regret doing so.

There is help in Property for a price tag

There is help, and they are better educated then they say they are.
One could say what they do is bias, in how they construct all this research.Their predictions and data sets are made up of their own data to suit a certain outcome, therefore you run a risk and buy some thing with better returns for them. Fact check is difficult and that favours their business model.
