First class service from property solvers from first contact to completion of sale communication is always good, and any questions always answered promptly unlike so many other companies these days. I dealt with Ruban and Michael who were both very helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Property Solvers to anyone, I will be using them again into the new year 10/10

Needed to sell fast in order to avoid missing a property I lost out on a few years ago.
Came across Property Solvers who marketed my property on line and wow are they good sold in four days at great price.
The conveyancing was overseen by Michael who was truly wonderful throughout the process . Thankyou to all the team for their assistance and support especially during a protracted conveyancing proces.Now settling in to new home. Highly recommend.

Fast response and friendly. I did have an initial issue where my property was undervalued. However, this was outside their normal procedures. They were very responsive and resolved my issues.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful and truly believe that they were helping me rather than just trying to make money.

The service I received was exceptional - my contact, Jacob was always able to assist me through the process of selling my property to their company. He was very prompt in replying to any queries I had and he had a warm, understanding manner. The process from start to finish was very professional - from arranging a viewing by a local agent, giving a prompt valuation on day one to the Completion day, every process was actioned efficiently. I also even had occasional Director access if I required it, making this company very approachable. They have an excellent understanding of their customers needs during such a stressful period - making the whole process far more manageable.

I initially had a disappointing experience with incorrect information. However, after raising the issue, the Director personally reached out to me. They took the time to explain everything clearly and offered genuine, professional advice.

While my initial experience wasn’t great, I do appreciate the Director’s effort to make things right and address my concerns. That follow-up made a big difference in how I view the company.

I decided not to use the services of Property Solvers, but only because they gave me really helpful and honest advice! Definitely worth a call if only to get an honest opinion!

Property solvers were a great company to deal with. Always got back to me with answers when needed and were upfront with information. They kept their word which is especially important to me. I would recommend this company if you need a quick sale.

Ruban was very helpful in providing advice on how to best sell my property. He telephoned me each week to see if there was any more the business could do for me. Contacted a few of these companies, they were all offering around 190-200k. Property Solvers tried to tell me that the house was over valued by around 30k by all three estate agents I'd had out and that they could only offer 150k, or 170 at auction. Waste of time, and either untrustworthy or uneducated, not sure which.
They also spammed me with daily emails requesting a review. I wouldn't have bothered leaving one otherwise.

Edited to add: the company reached out to me and looked into what happened. Apparently the person I dealt with had only been there a few weeks so the problems arose from a lack of experience. They were quite helpful and were eager to find and resolve the problem. They are now revising their training, so problems like this shouldn't happen in future. I was quite impressed with their response.

Property Solvers were extremely fast and efficient at responding to my enquiry. They were knowledgeable about the local market and offered valuable advice to help me deal with the situation I was faced with. Although I didn’t end up using their services (my circumstances changed) I would recommend to others contacting property solvers if you want a quick sale of your property.

Had a great experience working with them. They really care about every little detail. Would recommend.

My first experience with Property Solvers.com was disappointing. After a detailed discussion, I was told my property was worth £170,000. However, the follow-up email offered £120,000 for a quick sale or £140,000 at auction — a figure that would mean losing over £100,000. I felt misled at the time and wouldn’t have recommended them.

Update:
I later spoke with the Director, who took the time to explain how their valuations were calculated. He was polite, courteous, and even assisted me with a capital gains tax query. As a result, I’ve updated this to a 3-star review.
