We had a difficult house to sell due to its unique construction, and although communication wasn’t always perfect, the team at Property Solvers didn’t give up. After an initial auction route fell through, they quickly tried a different approach, and thanks to their persistence, we got the house sold. We really appreciate their tenacity in getting the job done.

I had a great experience as a tenant. The property I moved into had been newly renovated and was fully equipped with modern appliances and everything I needed. Ruban was also always friendly and responsive, and he worked to get any issues that popped up resolved in a timely manner and around my schedule.

I have not yet advertised or sold with property solvers but for the rating during a valuation and discussion on the services including the staffs knowledge and politeness I had no issues at all.

No problems selling to these guys! Flexible as to the time-frame. Good communication. Very smooth handover on completion day, and no unexpected surprises!

Easy to talk to, efficient and fast

I cannot express my satisfaction with the team higher. We had a relatively tricky sale due to various circumstances, but the team did everything they could to expedite and get over the line.

From the start, they made an initial offer and inspected on the same day then gave us time to consider, never pressuring us to commit. When we agreed the team of Jacob and Michael worked tirelessly to get everything over the line. The service we were given was impeccable.

They arranged us a fantastic solicitor who was responsive and handled everything for us, Jacob in particular was also on call to update us on the process and move things forward, responding promptly both over the phone and messaging.

The directors James and Ruban were excellent and I spoke with them both directly on different occasions. They gave me updates and reassurances which made the whole journey smooth and hassle free.

If you are looking for a cash buying option, I could only recommend Property Solvers, their expertise in the business shone brightly throughout - other similar firms were much more flippant in their responses and offers but this team gave me an initial offer, explained their valuation and never wavered from there.

A big thank you from me and my family in arranging and finalising the completion of our leasehold flat in a difficult market.
