I am writing this to warn others about the lack of ethics at Property Wealth System and Progressive Property Ventures LLP.
Having previously suffered a stroke, I still struggle with significant cognitive challenges and issues with concentration and memory.

Despite this, I was swept up in the "hype" and high-pressure environment of a PWS 3-day seminar and was induced into paying £18,960 for their ‘Professional Package.’
It quickly became clear that due to the long-term effects of my stroke, I am physically and mentally unable to engage with the training, online courses, or mentoring.

I have received no value for this life-changing sum of money. Aside from a few group Zoom calls, the company has not had to provide any of the 1-to-1 mentoring, Strategy Imple-mentor classes or "on the job" training I paid for.
When I reached out to explain my medical situation and request a refund, I was met with total indifference:

Property Wealth System (Caroline) claimed she no longer had "ties" to the company that took the money.

Progressive Property Ventures LLP (the "back-office" entity that actually processed the payment) flatly refused to refund me.

They are effectively sitting on nearly £19,000 for services they have not—and will not—deliver, knowing full well that my medical condition prevents me from moving forward.
I'm even happy to pay a reasonable "admin fee" to settle this fairly, but they have never offered this solution.

These companies project a friendly image to get you to open your wallet, but they have shown a complete lack of care for a student’s well-being or medical reality.

Their refusal to refund money for services not rendered to a person in my position is, in my opinion, predatory and heartless.

Attending the 3-Day Intensive workshop with Caroline and the PWS Mentors was an enlightening experience! The program was rich with essential insights, real-world transactions, and diverse investment models that made the realm of property investment seem both accessible and thrilling. The mentors were remarkable—authentic, well-informed, and motivational, having themselves achieved financial independence using this approach.The experience was so transformative that I've already advanced in my journey and am eager to proceed with their support. I highly endorse this workshop to anyone in search of solid guidance from seasoned property investors!

I bought the advanced package with PWS in May 2024 and even though the teachers are knowledgeable, the support received is not enough for the money paid, they give you general information about property investing and strategies and it left me very confused.
I must pay for more courses to go deeper into my chosen strategies and clarify some things. I am so sad as it is so expensive.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed and took so much from the weekend with Caroline and the team. We have been talking about and trying to plan how we can both become self employed so we can be present for our family and community whilst also bringing in passive income. We learnt so much about structuring deals and ways to really cut our teeth on property investment especially as beginners.

We’ve just completed the 3-day property investment course with Caroline and her amazing team, and we couldn’t be more inspired and motivated to take the next steps in our property journey. Caroline is a powerhouse—her energy, knowledge, and authenticity shine through in every session.

A great 3 days spent with Caroline and the team. The energy, knowledge and experience is incredible. You learn so much over the weekend and excited to continue that momentum with the team, doing the mentorship with Ryan. Would highly recommend to anyone with or without property experience.

An incredible 3 days spent with Caroline and the team. Their depth of knowledge and experience mixed with their passion is a force of nature. My brother and I have done 9 deals ourselves before attending the course but knew that we needed a kick up the a**e to push on and grow our portfolio at a much more aggressive speed. I have completed the three-day intensive workshop with Caroline and her team of mentors. The workshop is an excellent source of inspiration and informative about property investment.

Does not matter where you are currently in life. This is a wake-up call for all. This workshop had given me a boost and helped the discovery of my "WHY?"

Amazing 3 days at the property investment course in Edinburgh with Caroline and her team (Jordan, Helena and Rick). There were also other students who came in to tell us their stories. One who has only been a student with PWS since Dec 2023 and has done 11 properties already! 😱

The course not only delved into innovative approaches to investing in property. They also have strong ethical views about win/win for sellers and investors (which I really liked!). Not forgetting that I also had a light bulb moment on how to finish my renovations in my own house and still go forward with my property investing!!

Just finished our 3 day property course with Caroline and her team. What can I say - mind blowing! Caroline and her team are incredible! The 3-day intensive course was super informative, eye-opening and engaging from start to finish. The training was a mix of direct teaching, case studies, 1:1 consultants and group discussions.
