Oh my God! The 3 days of training at Birmingham was mind-blowing. Caroline and her Team are gurus in real estate investment and development. After the 3 days of training, I was well guided on the way to go in my real estate investment vision avoiding a lot of mistakes which I would have made if I had not been taught what to do.
Then I went a step further by enrolling in an advanced masterclass to get in-depth knowledge of the field.
Today I can proudly boost one house in my portfolio. Thank you PWS, thanks to my masterclass mentor Mr Jordan.
I surely recommend this training to anyone who wants to dive into the real estate business. Pls, let your hand be held to the top with little or no mistakes.

The initial 3 days were great as they provided you best service and content once seen those 3 day you get hooked and pressurise you sign for their master class which is not value for money £18960 6 month zoom class where the mentor is ex-student so please avoid signing up for master class you will get everything in 3 days

Information overload to be sure, (some concepts and deals structures are mind blowing), but ongoing support is on hand to take the training forward.

I've watched home under the hammer for a long time and thought I knew about investing in property! This course had mind blowing concepts and the speakers and tutors gave strong, concise, current information regarding many many topics linked to property investing....and this was just the tip of the iceberg! Were excited to be going on another course with PWS.

I have never been so inspired by a course to make the steps to change and take control. Caroline and the team made me feel welcome, at ease and delivered a huge content of knowledge, strategies, and information of all you need to start your path in property. I would whole heartedly recommend this course to anyone thinking of taking it, experienced in property or otherwise! Its brilliant!

And as Caroline says don't look at the cost of the shovel when your digging for gold.
Personally I think, if you can't afford to do it, you can't afford NOT to do it!

What an informative weekend! This course has really given me a taste of the property investment world and just diverse and rewarding it can be. Just had the most inspirational 3 day intensive training course with Caroline and the team and have got to say its inspired me to strive harder than anything else has to achieve my dreams and make some money investing in property and securing a better future for my family. We started our PWS experience in July of 2023 when we attended their three day intensive. The training really opened our eyes to the potential that property investment offered to us. We were both impressed by the quality of the information provided as well as the positive attitude towards creating a successful property business. Did our 3 day intensive in May, and it was amazing! Since then we’ve been doing the online course with our mentor. But after attending the networking event this weekend, it’s lit a fire I must admit!
