I believe my account is hacked and or being used by someone else. Last Saturday August 2, 2025. Someone requested a password change/update. I tried to log into it but was LOCKED OUT due to excessive attempts. I called and was eventually unlocked but they had mentioned that my password was 1234. I never signed up with this type of password and that doesn't meet the requirements of the password generator.

My sole purpose to subscribe was to be able to pull the mailing addresses of Canadian Homeowners, Winter residents of Highlands County Florida. I have worked at this for 3 weeks, I finally went on chat to ask for assistance and was told I had to find them manually....I would have need to download the entire county, residential, 44,000 + and pay an additional fee to obtain anything over 25,000 just so I could sort thru and find the Canadian mailing addresses.
As I worked thru the Chat suggestion, I have manually downloaded what I could by entering "ON" for the state. After removing duplicate entries I ended up with 135 addresses to market to.
Pretty expensive alone, but add the time & frustration of trying to figure this out for the last 3 weeks....these 135 addresses are the most expensive leads I have ever worked so hard to get.
One needs to stop everything else to focus on learning this program in order to work with it. As a very busy real estate agent, spending 3 weeks on 135 addresses is definetely not worth the time & effort it has cost me. I would not recommend this program based on my experience.

For more than a week I called (waiting on hold forever), requested call-backs (and never getting one) and sent emails (whoever that was that was emailing me is a very bad communicator)... If I could give 0 stars I would. I subscribed for the trial. After that my logins did not work anymore. My password could not me reset trough mail since I did not receive any. But ofcourse after the trial they start charging me. 1 time 100 dollars. The month after that They charge 2 times 100 dollars in 2 days. What a scam haha. Had contact with the helpdesk and they only provide me with 1 refund. They did unauthorized payments because they charge me 2 times in 1 month. Contacted them for a refund and they only refunded me 1 time. (Out of the 3 while I still didn’t have access to the account). Don’t trust them they are scamming crooks

Despite Propstream being owned by a publicly traded company, Stewart ($STC), this company and product run like a poorly managed mom and pop shop. Data quality and accuracy along with reliable uptime are the biggest issues with this service. They have done well with marketing through YouTube influencers who push the product because of affiliate (kickback) programs. Their recent acquisition of BatchLeads are a too little too late attempt to become relevant in a space they once dominated but have since been left behind.

If you see Propstream’s response below. They went ahead and replaced their bogus lame response and replaced it with their generic canned response. A great way to go run and hide. Clearly an organization that spends more time and effort about doing anything other than the right thing. I have screenshots of everything. Surely an organization that should not be merging with another company until they get their house in order.

Here is yet another example of throwing it back or deflecting accountability. You say "we are still here if you would like to discuss it any further." So put it back on me. I was extremely detailed in my feedback. To leave it as though I "checked off" the box when clearly I would never have done that. How is this for customer service: "John we totally get your frustration with our service and our responses. We are going to give you the benefit of the doubt. In reviewing what you did and why you say you did it, it makes no sense that you would have asked the system to re-run a skip trace on records that you just ran the previous week. We are issuing you a refund for the $36 dollars and we are willing to work with you directly to come up with a workaround so you get the new property records that you are looking for on a daily or weekly basis." Exactly, now that is really not asking a heck of a lot and that is an example of service and really for the right kind of organization that puts its money where their mouth is it is totally achievable.

As you can see by their very very generic politically correct response below, they really do not stand by anything other than lip service. The company has already responded at the time that I wrote the review that they believe that I kept the "Box checked" and in so doing so allowed the system to re run the skip traces from the previous week. Instead of taking accountability and ownership for their system failure they accuse me of going through all of this just for a $36 credit. Far from it, I would gladly forgo the $36 for a system that works as intended to work. I very much needed the system to allow me access to the new listings that come on the market from day to day without fear of running the existing search and getting properties that were previously obtain and charged for those properties. Someone in their company just does not seem to fully understand or they know that their system is broken and have no desire ort knowledge on how to fix it. I take it as a further offense that they claim to be continuing to work on this issue and that their customer service is in touch with me. Blah blah blay, just a bunch of lip service.

I had a real simple search on the platform. I went back the following week to run additional new properties that hit the market. The system did not let me get a return on just those properties so I elected to rerun the origingal skip trace because their own system advised if you do not check off the box, they will automatically suppress previously run returns. Guess what, they didn't and they charged me for the dups. I explained up and down my intention and what I was hoping for and instead of attempting to resolve the issue, they claim that I kept the box checked. Like why would I keep the box checked in the hopes that they would re run the same returns that I had just run the previous week? It makes zero sense and an aweful aweful customer service experience. I highly advise against using this service as they do not stand behind their product, you think I am really losing sleep over the $36 bucks? Instead of doing right, they provoked me into disputing all of the charges with AMEX. Some idiot knows the cost of everything yet the value of nothing in PropStream. If they did things the right way, credit me and explain of some sort of workaround or something but nope, I have to deal with a beancounters. Well good luck with all of that, I hope your merger with BatchLeads goes real well. You guys are a cancer that will surely ruin yet another company. Oh yea, PS I provided both CSV files to AMEX so a blind mouse could see that clearly the same properties were returned. Gary, I think you have decent customer service skills sorry you have to work for such a lame organization, I hope you find a better job elsewhere with a better company, you deserve it!!!!

I entered my credit acrd numbers, tried to log in.
Didn't work, wrong entries came up for both emails. I was able to click on the $39 dollar app but didnt have a coupon so you chan=arged me $42.and some coin.
I still can't log in.
