The company at first was slow to my inquiries and subsequently improved candid better. Otherwise I don't have any issues.
I wanted to continue with the subscription, but could not due to budget issues and the rep could not help me to reduce the monthly cost so I had to regrettably cancel my subscription. A reduced cost would have helped. I am still opened to resume my subscription only if they would compromise on the monthly fees. Just remember, the RE industry is down.
