The search wasn’t working for the area…
The search wasn’t working for the area I wanted to search or it would give back incorrect results. That was one thing but the customer service took forever to assist. And when I tried to work with them and show the others issues with the search results. She completely dismissed it and asked me to try the exact same thing I told her didn’t work.

Every time I go in and use the filters it comes up with 0 results. This platform is not working for me and when I try to reach out to someone for help, they make me feel I should already know what is going on. Not helpful. Interface is too small, causing results to overlap.
Unable to search by zip code. The interface is too small for all text to display, so there is overlap with the results. Basically, the interface display is too small.

Charged me $404 for postcards (when it was supposed to be $396). Then told me they needed another $396, but they would refund the $404 after they charged the additional $396. When I said no, they locked me out of my paid membership?

Hi Justin. Thanks for your feedback. Regarding any postcard orders, when an order is placed, an authorization hold for the full order amount is placed using the selected payment method. Once the postcards are officially sent out, we capture payment only for the successfully delivered cards. In most cases, the final amount is often lower if some postcards are undeliverable. The charge you are seeing is only an authorization hold, and the system is in the process of capturing the final amount for your order. Authorization holds are temporary and should drop off once the final charge is processed.

SCAM ! Bill For Postcards that were never sent. Billed twice for the same postcards. No help when you call them. If you have money to throw away go ahead and use them. You cant even cancel with them!

We also noticed a chargeback was filed through your bank. Once a chargeback is initiated, your Propstream account will be inactive, and we must follow the bank's process. You'll need to work directly with your bank for a resolution.
