Duplicate Data
The representative showed no empathy for my problem; he never placed himself in my shoes or tried to resolve it. I've been a customer who has been using your service consistently for almost 1 year, and I've spent a lot of money. I skipped traced a list back in September of 2024 for 78748 Austin. On March 21st, 2025, I skipped traced a new list for the same zip code because that zip code still had numbers I hadn't skipped traced before.
But Propstream gave me duplicate data. This kills my business as I need new, fresh data.
