Great customer service
Great customer service. I called to ask some questions about my particular setup and received clear, concise answers. Shipping was fast and the mat is very high quality. I have only hit 100 or so ball off of the gel insert, but it is realistic and forgiving on my wrists and elbows.

Difficult to assemble
The true strike mat is not easy to assemble. Also instructions are not clear regarding removal of the plug to place the rubber tee.

Non Existent Customer Service
The turf was a little bigger than frame and customer service has been non-existent. I've left a voicemail and used their contact us box and there has been no response. Terrible support from Pro Putt Systems!
