Putting, Chipping, Hitting!
I ordered a putting green, hitting mat and chipping mat. All are very good quality and well made. Not hard at all for 1 person to put together. The True Strike mat is VERY heavy when together, which is what I wanted, but would not consider it portable. I wish I had room for a larger putting green. I find it very true with speed and roll. The green was higher cost than a lot out there, but you get what you pay for in this scenario. Shipping took a while...right at a month with a 2 week delay from company and then a lost box from UPS. Pro Putt was very responsive and helpful in getting a new box on the way.

They are the only ones in the states…
They are the only ones in the states (that I can find) that sell the turf for the TruStrike mat without forcing to purchase the entire hitting strip and I appreciate that greatly. It would be such a waste to have to replace the entire strip when only the turf wears out. Great seller, fast shipping and a good product. Thanks!

A little putter love and it’s perfect!
Product quality and customer service was excellent. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is simply a design issue for simulators golf courses in that environment. The surrounding edge needs to be more seamless to the hitting surface so you can putt in the simulator without the full on custom floor install. Over all I am very happy with the hitting surface and would definitely recommend it for indoor range work!

10/10 recommend. Fast shipping and really easy to put together. Didn’t get 5 stars only because we received an inside piece that should have been whole that has a hole in it. Had to fill it with gravel before the carpet could be rolled on. Otherwise easy to use. Great quality. Would absolutely buy again!

The website gave me a lot of trouble trying to purchase the product. I don’t know whether it was that I was trying to purchase on my iPad or not. I contacted the company to find out how I might be able to purchase it. Except for a form email reply I didn’t get any helpful response. I finally tried to purchase on my office computer and was able to complete the transaction. Once I completed the transaction, it was shipped right away and I really like the product. Absent the trouble trying to purchase it, I would have rated this a 5-star transaction.

I wanted a practice mat that had real speed qualities. I emailed the company and asked what their mats read on a Stimpmeter. I received a response in less than an hour. Most companies take days. Brian Barry responded with that exact numbers, 10.9.
That in itself was impressive. I ordered the mat within minutes. It showed up within a few days and the first thing I did was put the Stimpmeter on it. Right on the money. The quality of the mat is amazing. Worth every penny.

Really hard to get the pieces together
Really hard to get the pieces together. They don’t just slide together like they say. More detailed videos and trouble shooting advice would be great. Good quality and feel like it will work great for our area once I figure out how to get it together tighter so the green fits.
