Proseptic and the team have been excellent from the initial clear advice from Tom regarding the treatment plant installation. We were unique in that both us and our neighbours were each having one fitted one after the other. Through the expert work of Nick and Luke both replacements ran extremely smoothly and we were fortunate that the weather was very kind to them. Nick and Luke's professionalism and thoroughness cannot be faulted and they could not have been more willing to explain what they were doing and ensure that we were happy with the work day by day and with the completed project. I would definitely recommend them.

If anyone is looking to replace a septic tank, then Proseptic is the team for you. They are just brilliant. Our initial meeting with Tom filled us with confidence that we had chosen the right people. Ben and Luke who carried out the installation were professional and dealt with all our questions. Half way through the project there was a bit of a hiccup that we had not anticipated, which was dealt efficiently and to everyone’s satisfaction. I highly recommend Proseptic for all your septic tank needs.

We received honest and straightforward advice regarding our septic tank which is nearly 100 years old. The work required to clear it out, check it out for compliance to current guidelines and dig the new soakaway that was required was done with care and thoroughness and good humour throughout. At each stage scything was tidied beautifully.

Amazing company! When we were given duff advice/the hard sell by another drainage company, we were lucky enough to discover Proseptic. From the very start we were treated with the utmost professionalism which continued throughout the process to the very end. Top marks for expertise, communication and organisation, and they answered all our ignorant questions quickly and concisely. Then when the installation began we were even more impressed by their efforts in making sure there was as little disruption and damage to the rest of the garden as possible, despite some challenging weather! The end result is impressive to say the least - in fact we've never seen such consciousness ground work. They even made sure our neighbours were informed and looked after. Rare indeed.

We wouldn't hesitate to use Tom, Hester and their crew again and we will certainly be recommending them to all we know who might require help with their drainage systems. 100 out of 100!!!

Stuart and Nathan - take a bow…These guys undertook the installation works on the hottest days of the year without a fuss. Every step was explained and every effort made to ensure all went to plan and ahead of schedule. They put in some incredible hours and made sure that we were happy with the reinstatement works when they had finished. Two very lovely chaps who are a real credit to Proseptic. It’s easy to sell the dream but someone has to deliver it and these guys certainly did that. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this genuinely customer focused business.

We are delighted with the work done by Stuart and Nathan of Proseptic in replacing our septic tank. The unavoidable damage to our paddock and our neighbour’s fields (which provide site access) was kept to a minimum. Given the nature of the work remarkably little ground was disturbed, and it was well restored.

Stuart, the site manager, was clearly highly competent and organised in his approach to the work, and he kept us fully informed. He and Nathan obviously worked together very well as a team and both were always pleasant and cheerful. The electricians we hardly saw but we are grateful that they were able to fit the warning light and alarm in the garage where we wanted them. Back at the office the staff were always cheerful and helpful on the phone or by email.

The anticipation of having a huge hole dug in our beloved garden for a new sewage treatment plant filled us with dread. But then the A team (Ben & Luke) turned up and we soon felt confident with their positive professional attitude, attention to detail and general care. They worked well together and were pleasant to have around.

The "Proseptic A-Team" overcame hurdles that the four from the TV series never had to. They worked hard, smiling throughout and nothing was too much trouble. The installation was much trickier than expected but this didn't affect time scales or their patience/attitude on the job. The install area has been left in a better state than when they arrived! Proseptic were engaged to install a sewage treatment plant at my property. The work was carried out with the minimum of fuss and to my entire satisfaction. The Company was receptive to my needs and went the extra mile to ensure the service they provided was of the highest quality. They were excellent value for money. Proseptic installed our water treatment plant a few weeks ago, and the compressor had to be relocated underground. The work was professionally carried out by Jamie today to our complete satisfaction.

This company has been outstanding from start to finish. Most importantly they have resolved the issue which we had been battling with for 18 months. i cannot recommend them strongly enough for both knowledge, interest and customer service. Sarah, Ollie and Jamie have all been a pleasure to deal with and utterly professional. The whole experience with Proseptic was great, from Tom who helped go in to bat for us when we had issues with Planning by penning emails detailing exactly how our installation would work.
And on the days of installation, Nick and Karl (Carl) worked tirelessly, they were good humoured and a pleasure to have on site, their quality of work was just brilliant far exceeding our expectations, they also helped by imparting their knowledge which assisted us in completing some other ground works.

From Quotation through to completion, Proseptic were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We have a shared system that was less straightforward than usual and they were the only company that were able to propose a workable solution at a good price. Tom, Hester, Will and the rest of the team were always on hand for advice and the job was planned well and executed brilliantly. Ben & Luke (the real A-Team) were simply brilliant! They were hard-working and professional, with a can-do attitude from Day 1. Reassuring throughout and to be honest, we're now missing having them around.

Named the "Original A Team" for good reason. Nick and Carl worked for 23 days with us on a new sewage treatment plant, below ground drainage, soak away's and trenches for water mains and electrical supply. Each day started promptly with a daily plan for the 8 hours ahead. The end of each day left our plot spotlessly tidy, safe and secure.

Initiated and over-seen by Tom, who's knowledge and enthusiasm immediately puts you at ease and gives you confidence.

Our Listed building plot, comes with it's own set of restrictions, historic architecture needing protecting and untold tricky obstacles from centuries of past works. Nick and Carl tackled each daily challenge with calm thinking, logic and always with humour. Their most used phrase being "There's always a way".

On site they were always extremely polite, respectful and conscious of being as unobtrusive as possible.

Each day Nick and Carl displayed their vast knowledge, expertise and skill sets which clearly exceed way beyond the particular job in hand for us.

An excellent result has been reached for this complex job. Inspite of the initial carnage to all 4 sides of our plot being ripped and dug with diggers and dumper in and out, you would hardly know how extensive the works were with their exceptional focus on attention to detail and tidiness. We could not be happier.

For the next phase of our works we shall be insisting on Nick and Carl to come back and highly recommend that anyone needing Proseptics services do the same!
