We are based in Kent and recently moved house to a village without mains drainage. The existing septic tank was installed in 1958, was leaking and non-compliant. As part of the agreement of the move we replaced the existing septic tank within weeks of moving in. We received a few quotes but went with Proseptic. They came across as very professional and undertook a porosity test and provided us with great advice and a quote.

I am really pleased we selected them. The work was undertaken by Stuart and Luke and took around 5 days. They were tidy, respectful and what I really liked is how they managed our expectations throughout the work. Overall communication was great.

They have come back since to test how the new system is working.

Overall a great experience but a strong shout out to Stuart and Luke who completed the work.

I met up with Tom Roach this morning with a view to replacing the soakaways on our existing septic tank system. Having measured the existing tank Tom explained why it was too small and the impact to soakaways where a tank is too small. Knowing the property can now connect to mains drainage his professional advice was it would be very much in our interest to go for a mains connection. Connection to the Wessex water network is not something they would undertake. So much appreciated the first class professional and honest advise.

Absolutely first class service. It was a tricky installation of a sewerage treatment plant in an area with high ground water. New connecting drainage pipes too. So neat and tidy; they had to dig up a patio and they put it back so you'd hardly know it'd been moved! Ben and Luke were brilliant and really professional, friendly and trustworthy. After 40 years our land drain failed and we required a new one. Tom explained what was required and how it would be achieved and followed up promptly with a competitive quotation. Nick and Karl carried out the work in an efficient and friendly manner always ready to answer any questions we had. The work was completed within the time frame and everything was left clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Proseptic to anyone.

The installation of a new sewage treatment system and decommissioning of an old septic system was completed by Proseptic last week. Initial contact through to completion of the installation has been excellent. The installation was carried out by Ben and Luke who were extremely courteous and respectful. They managed the work with minimal disruption to ourselves, they kept us updated at every stage to ensure we knew exactly what was happening. One week on and it would be difficult to say they had been here. Brilliant work guys.

If I could give Proseptic 10 stars instead of 5, I would. From the initial site meeting and contact with Tom, the incredibly detailed and fair priced quote to the hard graft and amazing installation and reparation work done by Nick and Carl - all executed in difficult circumstances with humour, diplomacy and professionalism, this company has been exemplary. I would highly recommend them.

Jamie and Carl put in a new septic tank for us in wet weather. They were brilliant and we are very pleased with the work and the very tidy result. I am impressed by Proseptic's efficiency and care.

We needed to install our own separate sewage treatment plant for our 8-bed house after sharing one for 80 years. This also required a new pipeline for surface water to be laid to bypass the tank. Steeply-sloping site, a lot of 60' Scots pines and waterlogged ground from heavy rainfall, which continued during the works, topped off with snow and freezing conditions during the last couple of days. Ground conditions were equally challenging, with problems installing the shuttering needed to shore up the tank hole and the discovery of wall foundations in the line of the pipework. Ben and Luke laughed and joshed their way through all that, never losing heart during 'the most challenging job' they had ever done for Proseptic. They also did well reinstating the garden. The 'A Team' indeed!

Proseptic took on the challenging task of dealing with our domestic drainage system which, at 70+ years of age, was in great need of complete replacement. Ground conditions were far from ideal, not helped by the dreadful January weather. Neverthless, Nick and Carl worked through rain and snow in order to complete this difficult project on time, even attempting to restore as much of the site as possible in the worst of conditions. Thanks also go to the office team for prompt and efficient attention at all times.

Proseptic installed a replacement septic tank and lined some damaged piping for us. Despite some challenging weather conditions they were well organised and thoroughly professional throughout. The team were always happy to explain the current status of the works so we could be kept up to date on progress.

The works were completed within the predicted timeframe and with minimal disruption to the garden despite the use of heavy machinery, very pleased. Special thanks to Stuart and Kevin!

We had a blocked culvert under our drive replaced and a badly silted ditch cleared during Storm Christoph. The A Team did a great professional job and despite the foul weather finished on-time. Thanks Ben and Luke.

Used these guys four times now. Twice to fix an inherited ancient system, once to install a (brilliant) new system, and once to offset my teenage daughters unfortunate impact on the very same new system. Absolutely amazing guys who really know their stuff and are so nice to have around the house. Friendly, polite, knowledgable, articulate, and their level of work ethic is off the scale. I'd never call anyone else. New system installation or old system refurb - why use anyone else when these people are this good? It's a total no brainer.

Moved into a house with a 1930's septic tank that was built to support one small bungalow and not as it is now two three bedroom houses. Existing soakaway was also exhausted so I contacted several firms to get quotes and advice. Proseptic , in particular Tom were brilliant with respect to this and always gave quick and honest advice especially when percolation tests showed our site wasn't suitable for a drainage field.
Installation team (stuart and kevin) were superb. Arrived on time or earlier every day and worked in sub zero temperatures all week but were stil smiling at the end. Also seemed that little would faze them or knock their timescales out despite having to dig out a metre or so of stubborn bedrock to get the tank in. Also reinstated fences etc perfectly and left everything as good as could be hoped. Other members of the team who turned up were also equally courteous and helpful especially Billy who highlighted I had - unknown to me - a manhole under my conservatory.

This was our second drainage job completed by Proseptic, and once again they have been excellent. I would highly recommend. Tom was highly efficient and helpful with the initial project quote and site visit, and the office staff were great at communicating.

I had a great experience with this company. Tom is super helfpul, punctual and knew exactly what he was talking about. He also listened to the client and didn't find any extra problems that could have cost £££s. Office staff were also very organised and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We sought help for a drainage problem across our garden from a field. Tom turned up promptly and sorted the whole thing out, negotiated access, drew up a plan and a quote very quickly and was a fund of very good advice right from the start. Very happy.

Proseptic started and competed on the agreed dates despite the very wet conditions. Nick, Carl and the team were professional, courteous and took great care not to damage the gardens, walls and driveways, despite confined access. Lawns were protected and trenches re-turfed with skill. All hard landscaping was jet washed on completion. Thank you!

From start to finish of our job, Proseptic were the best firm we dealt with. At the initial sales stage they were the most engaging and open to a dialogue; did not oversell (proposed the right solution for us, not just the most profitable for them); were most competitive on pricing and honoured their quote; and were able to accommodate our aggressive timeline for the works and then deliver the project on time.

They’re also in the sweet-spot in terms of company size - drawing on a big enough team to accommodate our needs (breadth of expertise and scheduling flexibility), but still small enough to maintain the personal touch in hand-holding our project right from the top of the company down. The individuals we dealt with at every stage were professional and knowledgeable but also friendly and happy to discuss any detail of the job. Hester was great in communicating progress and taking ownership of the job, while we also benefited from the A-Team of Ben and Luke on site who pushed hard to complete the project despite some poor weather.
