Proseptic did everything you would want from an ideal supplier. The communication from both office and site team was excellent. The site team were friendly, considerate, professional and very tidy and dealt with weather problems without fuss. Throughout the installation things happened when promised, and the final result was pleasing. Cannot praise enough.

Proseptic's experienced team, were very friendly, always punctual and kept us informed on progress throughout. Unfazed and overcame difficult site conditions. Garden was left neat and tidy.

I commissioned Proseptic to install a new treatment plant to replace an existing cesspit. Everything happened on time, I was kept informed of any delay or issue and all deliveries. Nick and Carl were the team on sight, they were a pleasure to deal with and appeared to do a thorough and professional job. The weather conditions were challenging but this did not hold up the work and the site was left tidy and clean. I recommend Proseptic and the Nick and Carl team.

The service provided from Proseptic was very comprehensive, from the initial phone call to the quotation to the site visit through to the completion of the works. Great explanations of what needed to be done. Very quick in organising the work and very professional. Big shout out to Sarah Keenan who was always very polite and explained everything professionally. Also Ollie the engineer, great knowledge and explained everything, also very professional !!!! I have just had a sewage treatment plant installed by Proseptic to replace a failing septic tank. The service provided was very comprehensive, from initial site visit and quotation through to completion of the installation. Ben and Luke worked tirelessly on site despite some challenging conditions, keeping me updated on progress with a smile throughout, and they made sure the garden was put back to a tidy state at the end, including reinstating fencing, lawn and flowerbed. I would highly recommend Proseptic.

From initial visit to final reinstatement of my garden Proseptic were excellent.Billy the site manager and Kevin were punctual polite and did a very professional and tidy Job.From start to finish they kept me in close contact with the project and involved in any decisions to be made .10/10

We have had a new treatment plant installed to replace our old soak away. It was done on time efficiently and very tidily for what could have been a very messy job. In addition we needed some pipes re lined; again they did an excellent job. Lastly we had a collapsed kitchen drain - they saved our bacon by coming out and replacing this in two days including having to dig up and relay a patio. All done brilliantly and very nice team of people who were a pleasure to deal with and have around.

Proseptic installed a new tank and water drainage system into our garden. Ben and Luke worked tirelessly and in a most efficient manner despite some adverse weather conditions. They are great ambassadors for the company and I cannot recommend Proseptic highly enough. They have done a great job.

Many thanks to the Proseptic team. In the space of 5 days they have replaced a failing soakaway and tank with a bore hole and treatment plant. The garden was turned upside down but has now been left in a good state with the turf replaced where possible and grass seed elsewhere. They were polite and friendly throughout and took the time to talk to us about what they were doing at each stage.

Couldn't have asked for a more hard working, courteous and helpful team. This was difficult job, joint system [2 houses] lots of rain + having to use a neighbour's drive for access....All the ingredients for a nightmare....instead it went like a dream. Big thanks also to Tom Roach.

The soakaway from our existing septic tanks was failing and we were paying for an empty virtually once a month so it was time for action. Tom visited us and due to site limitations recommended the installation of a Marsh treatment plant and borehole in our garden. Tom’s advice was clear and he left us with a high degree of confidence that it was the right solution. The work was done last week as scheduled. Jamie and Luke who installed and connected the tank were very personable and professional in all that they did. Access was tricky due to space but they planned each stage out very well to deliver a very successful outcome. We felt we had the top team on the job snd were very impressed with the way they worked and the end result. Worth noting that Proseptic arranged all other suppliers to fit into their schedule including the borehole installers, tank emptier, electrician, concrete delivery all of whom also played their part in the successful install.

Our requirement was for a new septic tank and drainage field, to replace an old non-compliant tank, due to the new regulations the Environment Agency introduced in 2015. The tank is shared by 3 properties. This was a replacement on a large scale, 3 weeks work and a drainage field measuring 30x8 metres!
Tom Roach did the initial visit, following that he carried out a full survey with 4 other colleagues, and discussed the matter with each neighbour. From an early stage I felt comfortable that Proseptic are a knowledgeable and professional company. All the guys were friendly, the quote was prompt, and well-written, explaining exactly what would be required.
A days prework on digging a small soakaway at one of the properties was carried out by Jamie and Luke. They are a great pair, worked hard in hot temperatures, always had a smile and explained their task to us on arrival. We provided bacon & egg rolls as a thank you.
Ben and Brian did the BIG build! They are extremely personable, friendly, and hardworking. They kept us updated all through the job, so we knew what to expect each day. It was a big job requiring a lot of ground-work. A huge digger and large dumper arrived in advance. When having excavation works carried out, there can be many unknown problems. Nothing phased Ben & Brian and any issues were well thought through and resolved. They respected the property, replanting and seeding where necessary and left the area set to re-establish itself. We really got used to having them around and since their departure our dog has missed their stick throwing! We would have no hesitation in recommending them 200%
From our initial communication with Proseptic we had regular contact with Sarah and Hester from start to completion. Both are excellent, helpful, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Although we are quite a way for Proseptic to travel, they were happy come and quote. A fair price for a tricky job and all carried out as agreed. Tidy and polite workers.

Annual service carried out by Ollie, with in-depth discussion about the state of the plant and how best to keep it in optimal condition. We feel very reassured that we have Proseptic (who installed the plant for us in the first place) keeping a watchful and expert eye on our system!

Back in June, the Proseptic team had excavated and replaced all the deformed pitch fibre pipework leading to our septic tank. They did an excellent job, so I was confident that the replacement of the said septic tank with a new Marsh 6 mini treatment plant would go well. I was not disappointed. At the front line this time were Kevin and Brian, whose skill and hard work were matched by their friendliness and clear desire to do a good job, even in the incessant rain of the final day of the installation, when they eventually were able to go home, looking exhausted and completely soaked. Behind the scenes. I experienced again the excellent organisational skills of Tom and Will, and always had excellent communications from all in the office. Above all, Hester's willingness to show a personal interest was much appreciated. I am very pleased that we chose Proseptic to sort out the considerable drainage problems that were plaguing our bungalow.

Add on work for new sewage treatment plant installed in June. Continuation of exceptional customer service from start to end point. Installation team were efficient, tidy and communicative throughout both stages of the job. Nothing but good to say of our experience with Proseptic.
