I first contacted ProSeptic back in October 2019. They had worked on a neighbours septic system and came highly recommended.
Tom Roach visited my property in November 2019. He inspected my existing system, an old tank acting as a cess pit and made recommendations for installing a German made Solido Classic septic treatment system. I had to seek planning permission from the local Council before work could begin. This could have been a complicated process - but luckily I found an excellent consultancy (D & M Planning in Godalming) who did *everything* that was required. It was a huge weight off my shoulders.
Throughout the process I kept in regular contact with Hester Bennett. Planning was submitted at the end of March 2020. Approval was granted in early May 2020. Hester gave an install date of early August. Work actually began earlier in mid July 2020.
Installing these systems can be a difficult and dangerous job. Two days before work began,a huge digger and tipper truck arrived outside my property. Billy and Kevin were my team. Have to say, they arrived on time every day - and some days much earlier. The work was done on schedule. Nothing fazed them at all. When you're having excavation work done, there can be all sorts of unknown problems. These guys were just great. What looked scary to us, was straightforward for them. They removed part of a beech hedge in order to gain access and planted it all back when they were finished. The site was always tidy. You really can't ask for anything more really. We're really pleased with the new system. It's pretty much silent and is a major upgrade to our property. I think these guys are brilliant to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Tom, Hester, Billy, Kevin and Luke - all good people and easy to get along with.

Initially had the tank installed by Jamie and co last year (2019), but had an issue resolved today and as always they are punctual, professional and brilliant problem solvers! Couldn’t ask for any better. Thanks guys and thank you Jamie for outstanding work.

After experiencing years of problems with our septic tank we contacted a number of companies to advise us. After a review of our tank and the situation, we were advised to have the land drains repaired and repairs to the pipe work in and out of the septic tank. Prospeptic were professional and clear in their advice. The work was carried out by Jamie and Luke and they worked so hard. Jamie kept us updated all through the work so we knew what to expect, this was very much appreciated.. The work took 5 days and by Friday afternoon we were back "together again", lawn relaid and drive cleared. We were very impressed by the work and the whole experience with Proseptic and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Just had our treatment plant installed. Couple unforeseen set backs but the lads managed to pull through, arriving extra early and managed to finish the job on time. Both lads we're efficient, nice, helpful and knew what they were talking about. Happy with how everything went. Would recommend.

We have just had our septic tank fitted without issue and ahead of schedule. We really appreciate the steps proseptic took to complete our installation in these incredibly challenging times. The guys on site were friendly and professional- absolutely no complaints.

We were recommended to get a quote from Proseptic by a neighbour after we had taken 12 months, through a different contractor, to get nowhere with permission from the Environment Agency to install a replacement system for our failed septic tank. We got Proseptic in and from that point forward, everything just fell into place quickly and rapidly. EA approval was quickly obtained thanks to Proseptic and work was done, in spite of the wettest November ever and atrocious clay. We now have a fully operational treatment system and are in awe of the steadfastness evidenced by the groundwork crew who faced really difficult conditions. Through it all they and all other staff, remained positive and helpful. I have no hesitation on recommending this company.

We experienced first class service end to end. From the first visit by Tom the follow up was swift and professional. Reassurance by Hester during Lockdown when it wasn't clear when the job could be undertaken and we'd paid the deposit! The Installation Team led by Nick were extremely personable, friendly and hardworking. Every care was taken to respect our property and reinstate when the installation was complete.The quality of their work and the way they went about it was excellent.
In all their departments they go the extra mile to ensure a favourable customer experience. In a world where all too often quality of product or workmanship fall short they were a very refreshing experience and thoroughly deserve this praise.

Proseptic were great, they helped us through every stage including applying for EA permits. They were really professional and made me feel confident about the whole process. Once Nick and Carl were on site to do the installation, they liaised well with the neighbours, they were extremely efficient and their work was of excellent quality and the icing on the cake, it was a real pleasure having them on site as they were always very friendly and happy to work with us.

Our surveyor flagged up a drains issue with the property we wanted to purchase. The vendor called Proseptic who visited and provided a report stating what the drains were made of and what it would require to bring up to standard. This came with diagrams and costings. Once we owned the property we immediately booked them to carry out the works.

This was done very efficiently by a friendly team over 2 days. During the works Hester phoned to check I was happy with everything. She also explained that a part that our surveyor had flagged up was fine and didn't need replacing - a cost saving to us! The site was left safe, clean and tidy overnight and all rubbish was taken with them when they were finished.

I have just paid the remainder of the very reasonable charge and look forward to receiving the product guarantees and statement of compliance for the system.

I will use Proseptic again should I need to and would recommend them, thank you.

I approached 6 companies for quotations to install a septic tank to replace our old cesspit. These ranged from large companies with prices to match to small companies happy to dig a big hole but with no paperwork to back matters up. Proseptic impressed me with their no nonsense attitude and simple approach. Nick and Carl who actually installed the tank etc were impressively organised and efficient and very easy to deal with. They overcame several problems which probably would have brought other teams to a standstill, they are clearly very experienced and finished the job quicker than I would have expected. The reinstatement of the garden could be better but in their defense it rained during moist of the job and particularly on the final day. I would recommend this company to anybody needing a septic tank installation.

We were recommended Proseptic by our next door neighbour to replace our ancient and failing cesspit with a new mini treatment works. They had completed a similar job with them and were really happy.

The whole team have been fantastic throughout the entire process. Our tank serves three families and is sited on a local farmers land. Proseptic (especially Tom and Hester) were so patient and supportive whilst we worked through the logistics of the replacement.

The weather on the week of works couldn’t have been worse. Billy and Jimmy took it in their stride with a smile on their faces. They faced such tough conditions and had to try and get a huge digger up and down a very steep and slippery slope. They were really polite and friendly and I was so grateful it was them doing the job.

We are so pleased with the final result and they left the site clean and tidy and even reinstated the fence that was there before (which I was really pleased to see as the cows went back into the field that day and came over to have a nose at what had been done - thankfully from a safe distance!)

Very friendly and efficient company, office staff, engineer and workforce. Very happy with the result, ground left in good condition and unit working well. Tom and Nick supportive and helpful with our difficult local council over planning issues. Our council seems to be out of step with the rest of the country!

The Proseptic team replaced a crumbling old cess pit located in the farmer's field with a septic tank within our property and reorganised all the pipework to conform with modern requirements keeping the rainwater separate from the grey water. Proseptic used cameras and flushed pipes to fully understand the old pipework layout, which was not straight forward, before starting.
Tom gave a clear explanation of the process and returned to do a dye test to ensure the farmer was satisfied with the soak away pipework.
Throughout, the whole team were friendly and efficient both in the office and the crews on site.
The site was on sloping ground with rock formation under the topsoil. High winds and lashing rain made working conditions extremely difficult but Nick and Steve were so cheerful and polite. They always kept me informed and were happy to answer any questions. They ensured that neighbours' driveways were kept clean and they did a marvellous job landscaping to leave the site looking tidy and ground smooth.
Billy and his team completed the pipework installation for separating the rainwater. Billy was very thorough using cameras to ensure all pipework was correctly directed.
To complete the upgrading of the old drains Proseptic have recommended lining the old glazed clay pipes to ensure there is a smooth flow which I intend to have done.
The professional attitude and work ethic of the company is excellent and I would recommend Proseptic for any drain work.

I am based in Godalming, Surrey, in a property with a septic tank that had an existing soakaway beginning to fail. Proseptic completed work in January 2019 on installing a new soakaway, lining the existing pipework to avoid future blockages, and doing some repairs to the existing septic tank.

Proseptic were top-class from initial email response through to job completion. They have a fantastic team - the initial inspection and quotation was prepared by Tom who was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the work very clearly and simply. This was all supported by a brilliant head-office team made up of Hester and Paula who were super-responsive and professional and fun to deal with.

The work started within just a few weeks of the soil test (despite being around the busy Christmas period) and was completed early. All three of the ground team were again excellent - they were hard-working, great at communicating arrival times, and friendly to have around on site all week. They communicated any decisions that needed to be made and kept me informed of all progress.

I am delighted with the work and my experience with Proseptic - it appears high quality and meets the clearly outlined statement of work. I wholeheartedly recommend Proseptic for any septic sank / soakaway work, and personally will be using them without hesitation for any future works or periodic checks required on the system.

Poor experience from start to finish. The sales person talked a good talk but in reality did not understand the basics of their trade. This was followed up by a woeful installation, which upon an independent accredited inspection was found to be faulty. Avoid

Thank you to all the staff at Proseptic. After a septic tank failure Tom & his team provided us with a quick,efficient but friendly service & had a new tank & soakaway fitted & working within a week. As there were three properties involved, I had a lot of questions that needed answering before everyone was happy to go ahead. Hester in the office was always so kind,helpful & very patient. Nick & Steve did a brilliant job of the groundwork’s & we were all extremely happy with their work. I would happily recommend this company.

Our new home had two independent septic tank systems of which one was life expired and the other heading that way. We wanted to combine these physically separate systems and divert them to a mini sewage treatment plant.

Proceptic offered a most cost effective and well engineered solution and delivered on time and within budget. The installation was to a high standard delivered by cheerful, competent and really hard working staff. We were kept fully informed of progress including the occasional set-back and had assistance from the head office team at all times.

I'm a retired civil/mechanical engineer with experience here and overseas and was most impressed by this firm - highly recommended!
